Totally impressed by the initial consultation, the facility and the professionalism of the staff…read more Yes, they led me through a presentation concluding with a breakdown of cost, services and a treatment plan. All of it was anchored to the initial consultation and assessment showing x-rays and images of my posture compared to a baseline. I moved forward with them as I saw value in their proposal; my insurance does not cover any of the cost. To date, I have completed five, one-hour wellness sessions. This is a more comprehensive treatment plan than I have had from other chiropractors. The stretching / strengthening activities under the guidance of a well-trained staff and with quality fitness equipment is a wholistic approach I have not experienced before; it is awesome! I am both tired and energized at the end of the hour. My balance, flexibility and overall movement is improving from session to session. Dr Megan provides a thorough adjustment; it is similar to past experiences but it is not same-old, same-old. The 45-minutes pre-adjustment exercises I believe is key to the ChiroOne approach; my body is simply better prepared to be adjusted. I am a 62-year old, overweight, diabetic, out-of-shape male. Gyms concerned me as I have had friends who signed up with a gym only to quit as they were embarrassed, not confident in what they were doing, and in pain from mis-using the equipment or not understanding the intention and doing the activity wrong. At ChiroOne this all occurs in a large room at the front of their business space - shared space, individual activity / treatment plans, no negative gym culture. This is the best thing I have ever done for myself. You get back more than what you put in to it. Yes, it costs me some money, it costs some time and it is a commitment. The alternative is to continue not feeling well, watching your movement and strength degrade. I have been looking for this approach for a long time, finally found it.

Right when you walk in it is obvious that something is off. It's almost like a timeshare presentation but make it medical. First, they never tell you the price of anything. They are also NOT kind about it- annoyed that you'd ask. Then they immediately have you get an x-ray no matter what the issue. Here is where the scam starts: they get you in the next day to 'review the results' and make the sale. This sale is for a 'treatment plan' where they get you to sign a contract and get the most visits possible out of you. They then double bill your insurance and you, even for services that they didn't provide. They even bill insurance for you doing an exercise, solo, on a ball or basic machine. It is REALLY obvious when you walk in that something is up here - it is a sales pitch not a doctor's office. They get really annoyed when you ask about price! Chiro scams are prevalent and make their industry look bad - not everyone is like this but please stay away and never sign a contract!

It was the…read morefirst time for all of us to go through this experience at Radiant Life Holistic Wellness Center, and I loved it! Sound bowl therapy uses the calming vibrations of sound bowls to improve anxiety & tension, boost mood, work on our chakras, increase spiritual well-being and restore harmony to both the mind and body. Natalia was our sound bowl therapist and was calm, spiritual and enlightening. I can't wait to go back and do this again. Natalia also is a Reiki master. I've done Reiki before and loved that experience as well. It was interesting to hear Natalia's thoughts of what she felt was going on with each of us at the end of the session. Two of us had the energy of our loved ones with us during the session, and I was lucky enough that Natalia felt the energy of my dad. I was able to tune out everything around me and delve into the experience, but my friends said they heard people talking within the other parts of the studio, such as massages and other therapies in other rooms. One gal said she felt like getting up and going outside to tell the people to not make so much noise. Again, I was very into what Natalia was doing and focused that I heard nothing and wasn't bothered by any outside noise. Maybe it would be simply scheduling things at different times for complete silence, I don't know. It wasn't an issue for me. If you haven't taken part in a sound bowl meditation, it's a very relaxing and spiritual experience. I highly recommend Natalia for sound bowl meditation. I can't wait to go back for another sound bowl or Reiki experience.

Tracy was a wonderful, caring facilitator and I had such a great experience with my first visit that I'm excited to go back again. The facility itself is nestled in a small office park and the interior is so cozy and welcoming. As someone who lived in Southern California for many years and relocated back to Chicago a few years ago, I've been anxious to find places like this and I'm so glad I have! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back for more!
