When I called Insulation Nation I could tell Dustin knew his stuff and had integrity. His quote was very fair and much less than the first one I received from another vendor who acted surprised that I knew what a R rating was. Dustin recommended a radiant barrier on the inside of the roof to help keep the attic cooler. I had not seen that mentioned in my research, nor from the other company, but eagerly said YES! Anything to keep cooler. From the first call with Dustin until the job was completed, everything was top notch. Communication was great. They texted their eta and arrived on time. The crew was clean, polite, friendly and professional. They took before, during and after photos. Aldo showed them to me when they were done to ensure I was happy with their work and to answer any questions I might have had. Their work was excellent.
