As first time home owners the thought process of buying a house scared us. As usual we attempted to navigate through the first steps on our own but was soon met with overwhelming stress. But then Robert came in and helped us navigate through the entire home buying process - from getting pre approved for a loan to finally getting the keys to our home - Robert was with us every single step of the way. It always felt like Robert went above and beyond - he answered our questions about anything and everything at anytime of the day. He also accompanied us to every showing / open house. There were a few times when we would come across other families / couples who'd be attending a showing without their realtor there so we felt very fortunate to always have Robert make time for us and be available. Even after signing the final documents and receiving our keys - Robert is still available. He still made time to answer questions we had about HOA dues and also helped us find local vendors to help kickstart making our new house feel like home : ie companies for our window treatments, yard maintenance, and minor home maintenance. Every interaction with Robert felt like we were talking to a friend - of course he was still very professional, but we also felt at ease. He not only made sure we were comfortable and understood everything that was being said or done but also that we needed to have fun. This was such a huge and stressful life milestone. & with the help of Robert he made taking this huge step easy. I can go on and on about how amazing he is but the proof is in the pudding : his following on Instagram, multiple awards throughout this year alone, and the closing of so many happy home owners speaks for itself. Give Robert and his team a call, I promise you won't be disappointed. read more

We first came across Robert's Instagram many years ago when we weren't even ready yet to buy a home. He was promoting the latest new developments and seeing his posts continued to motivate us to work towards the dream of one day becoming a homeowner. Then last year, we finally met him in person as he came with us to view the newest Ka'ulu homes in Kapolei. He was very warm, personable, and knowledgable in his craft. At the time, we felt we still weren't ready to buy. But Robert put us at ease and told us he would help us find a home (and we truly believed him!) Once we saw the Ka'ulu homes, it lit a fire under us that we really wanted to purchase a property! We started getting the ball rolling on our end and contacted Robert to be our agent in the process. From start to finish, he closely communicated with us every step of the way, informing us what needed to be done and in a timely manner. We placed an offer on a home, but was outbid. Robert's search engine helped us to find another home and we placed another offer. While we were on vacation, he messaged us that our offer was accepted! It was the most exciting but daunting news as we never went through the home ownership process before. But he communicated with us almost daily even as we were off-island and we finally began the buying process. He connected us to Joe Agpaoa (who was the most amazing Loan Officer!) that also worked side by side with us. And the rest is history! We were impressed by how Robert and his company is very meticulous with the little details and what needs to done! You can tell they run a tight ship because there were some things he needed to check on for us that we didn't even know were important. He always had us in our best interest, always double-checking that we were making the right decisions. Long story short, he and Joe navigated us through this life-changing moment of finally becoming homeowners! We were able to obtain a property that was meant for us all along! We cannot thank Robert and Joe enough for helping us to achieve such a goal! We will definitely choose them again for our next property! read more

Amazing experience from start to closing. Highly recommend Robert and his team. Very happy that we went with Robert.

My wife and I wanted to buy a new home and we made contact with Robert through @oahunewhomes on Instagram. From the beginning, we could tell Robert was hard working, reliable, responsive, easy going and friendly. Robert set up appointments for us and together we toured a lot of the new development model homes including Koa Ridge, Makamae, Moanalua Cottages and Hoopili. Robert's an expert on the lottery process and helped guide us through every step. He has many connections and relationships with the different loan officers and developers, so he always put us in contact with the right people. We entered a few lotteries with Robert's help, even passed on a couple houses, but eventually we were able to select a brand new home that was right for my family. The day we were selected, we were so unsure of what home to pick and Robert went above and beyond to take us to view different homes in the area. He even got us a last minute evening viewing of the model homes. That night was a huge help and really put us at ease with choosing what home would be right for us. After selection of our new home, Robert was there every step of the way to help guide us, set up site tours and give advice and contact information to help us get our new home ready. We're so happy to have had Robert as our realtor. Working with Robert feels like you're working with a close friend. He has a great personality and is really funny. Robert's expertise with the new home developments makes the process easy and he's really fun to work with. We'll miss working with Robert and if we're ever in the market again, we wouldn't hesitate to choose him as our realtor. read more
