He ended up switching shops to work for South Sound Vapor Lounge. On first impression, the staff is very friendly. The shop is big and definitely has the lounge feel. The selection of juice isn't my favorite, but I'm pretty picky. The mod selection is real nice. First stop in there and I picked up a brand new rig. Unfortunately it had a manufacturer defect, but the owners took top notch care of it. They contacted the builder and even offered a loaner mod while resolving with the builder. The owners personally apologized and worked to solve the problem. This is a shop that values its customer base. I won't mention the old shops name, but that owner was a greedy prick. South Sound Vapor Lounge is A+

I didn't like how much vapor came out of the normal vapes so I never looked for other options. Well, I finally decided to come in and I'm really glad I did. They were super friendly and knowledgable. They helped me pick the right vape for me, gave me a discount on juices since I bought a kit, and was overall --- a really great experience. I would recommend giving this place a try! FYI, I picked up the DRAG and it is amazing! I don't have to worry about juul pods anymore and the new flavors I picked up are amazing.

Usually means the doors are open and ready for business at 10 AM.... NOT opening an hour after the store is physically supposed to be open. Normally that hasnt been an issue but on some days one of the employees decides to show up late. Its a fairly common occurrence. 10 AM means usually open at 10 AM. If the person cant show up on time Id suggest having someone there that can physically open the store on time. Other than that gripe about being on time their service is pretty decent and have a decent selection.
