He asked what her truck was doing and she said it was slow to turn over and might start if you tried to start it after about 10 min. This was a large fellow with a black beard. He told her it was not her battery and might be a fuel pump. He wouldn't even check her battery, just left her standing. I have to add that was very early and very cold out. Of course she was intimidated and just left. Very poor treatment of a lone female.

Horrible place I do not reccomend I took my car and they changed my tires ive had this car for…read moreseveral years no problem then after I got my tires changed not too long after I started loosing air and aired it up multiple times took it to 2 other places and it wasn't sealed properly then after that still loosing air took it to the 2nd place and they found a crack in my rim and I took it back and they didn't even try to fix it instead sending me to a place hours a way and I can't drive that far on a doughnut and I spent over 500 dollars just to have issues after that and they can't even fix it and I brought my moms car up there for an oil change and they broke her oil pan and she went somewhere else and they have to replace it she spent over 1,000 dollars for new tires and oil changed its freaking ridiculous she had less than a quarter of a tank of oil and her oil was changed less than a month ago and she just goes back and forth to work and home everyday and it's 5 minutes apart so she can't run through oil like that so pretty much all her oil leaked out we were ripped off and no one attempted to try and fix it I don't reccomend at all we are never going back we should be getting our money back for all this damage and now we have to spend a whole lot more to fix it all of our hard earn money down the toilet. We won't return and don't reccomend to anyone else that tire could have put me in danger having to drive to work everyday and how are they going to send someone somewhere thats hours away on a freaking doughnut and why waste my gas and risk getting in a bad accident to go that far when technically they messed it up and trying to say they didn't do it and refuse to fix what they done I was nice to them and they tried to say they didn't do it when literally we went to them not to long ago no one else has touched our cars but them. They should have taken full responsibility and fixed it for us because if you are a good business that is what you would do my brother went somewhere to get oil changed and they messed up the tire and they literally paid to have it fixed for my brother and thats the way it should be not try to lie and take more money from us they did the damage they should fix it if my mom ran completely out of oil and didn't know her motor could have locked up or something then she wouldn't have a car and if something happens to my tire I could get seriously hurt or something then they would be responsible and it would be all their fault such pathetic people will NOT EVER GO BACK AGAIN! He then offered to loan me a battery while he charges that one (said as a female he didn't want me stranded in case it happened again). Usually as women we are often overcharged and taken advantage of regarding car issues but he was nice enough to be honest, offer a temporary solution and help me resolved my problem for good. He even offered that I could purchase one just to be safe. (He through in my recent purchase and gave me a discount for returning). I went with purchasing a new one.
