Didn't take no more than 2 days for the gasket to arrive at the store. While I was here, I managed to get a new flitter and a spark plug just to have everything new. There prices are reasonable and the employees was very friendly and helpful in making sure that I had everything I needed.

They were friendly and offered a suggestion, which was NOT the most expensive, and made me feel secure / confident in the purchase. I saw other staff go out to someone's car and help them with a battery, which is nice to see as other stores do not offer to do this service. I'll definitely come back here again next time. The only issue is that the parking lot is hard to get into and can be a little cramped at times.

I went to the drive shop to get the windows tinted on my regular cab truck, i set up the…read moreappointment 3 days in advance, I got there and the guy said it should take 2 hours, it took every bit of two hours and then some, about 2 hours and 15 minutes. The man brought my truck around, explained everything about how the tint needed to cure, he took off 10 dollars of labor because the tint went on easier than expected. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the service over phone is awful. I am trying to install a radio and subwoofers through them, 600 dollars worth, they gave a good price, but said the sub box I needed was not in stock at the distributor, which is understandable it isnt a normal box. The man said it shouldnt be more than 3 days before it comes back in stock, 5 buisness days later they hadn't called back, so I decided to give them a call. The man said, it is back in stock, but he will call back, I gave him my number. It is understandable if he had a customer he was helping, but he never called back. this has happened on 3 separate occasions. In store they are great and friendly people giving you the best bang for your buck, with good prices, but they fall way short on their memory of call back promises. I would recommend going there for the service, but if you want anything done do it in person not over the phone.

I was not expecting to hear that they would have to do what they think and then if that wasn't it, they would do something else. Piling up the charges. I called on Dec. 2nd to make an appointment for Dec 3rd at 12 noon…read more I showed up at 12:10 due to traffic. Joshua Stone, Service Advisor informed me there would be no problem and would take me in right away. The service department was very slow and 2 advisors were talking amongst themselves about football. They were going to take care of my rear tail light on my 2023 Ram truck that has 9000 miles which was not working. After 2 1/2 hours they did not even look at the truck. I then spoke to Joshua and asked why it was taking so long, I was the only person in the waiting room. He said they were trying to get the water out of the tail light and thought that would work. I decided to walk around the huge service building to see if I could see my truck getting worked on and it was still sitting in the parking lot. When I asked Joshua why he lied to me he said the mechanic lied to him. I told him to just get me a new rear tail light. He finally ordered it while I was there and I waited another 1 1/2 hours. I asked to have all the red warning lights cleared.There were 3 that came on, also to have my tires inflated to the proper levels. I paid and then left as I was pulling out of the driveway all my warning lights came back on. As I walked back in furious Tom Williams CX coordinator approached me quietly and pulled me aside and explained about all the problems they are having in the service department. Those problems included, hiring mechanics and training all service advisors. It is now 4:30 pm and Tom was shocked I was still there. He thought the repairs were done long before this time. I asked Tom to have the owner of the dealership call me. Being there for 4 1/2 hours I did a lot of walking around the sales lobby. I had 2 different conversations with 2 different sales people about what had happened to me in the service depart. Each sales person told me that the service department was a complete mess and one actually suggested I go to the Dodge Dealership in Hoover for my next repair.
