My 7 year old Subaru is finally showing some normal…read morewear and tear and, when my check engine light came on, my best friend referred me to Mullen. They checked on the light and told me what was wrong on the spot and fixed it the next day. The price was extremely reasonable- paid for parts, each of which was outlined in the invoice as well as showed to me on the receipt from the original purchase from Subaru by Mike. A few days after my first repair, my car started making a terrible sound in the front end and I brought it back. It was not a problem that was caused by anything they did- it was from bad service from a nearby Subaru facility- which I knew bringing it in. They looked at it a day earlier than they originally stated they could and found that my entire wheel was loose- terrifying. They unattached and reattached the tires free of charge and sent me on my way! I will ABSOLUTELY go back. Mike is the nicest, most honest businessman I've met in a long time and I really appreciated his hard work and kindness.

Hayden is incompetent and a liar. I kept saying no to their offers. I wanted to pay with cash and…read morethey wouldn't accept anything but financing. Finally, the owner came in and told me he would cut me a good deal. He lied about that. It was a worse deal then what I was previously saying "no" to. He lied about what I was signing and stole $6000 and my trade in. When I called after realizing what happened, he claimed I knew what I was signing and that it was too late. He is a liar and a thief. Hayden lied to me as well. I see why he is divorced. I only signed because they lied. I have to refinance through my bank because when I showed them the paperwork, they looked sick and confirmed what they did to me was absolutely criminal. I will be taking necessary actions.

They helped me navigate all the red tape with the insurance company and also helped coordinate a rental for the time that the repair would take. I had zero hassle and my car looked better than new when I went to pick it up! I was able to leave my rental through Enterprise with them and they returned it for me that afternoon. 5 stars from me. They truly helped to minimize the frustration that occurs following a car accident. I will most certainly be a returning customer (due to normal wear & tear and not another accident hopefully!!). I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a fair estimate followed by fantastic work.
