The cross chain link on the driver side broke and came loose on Wends the 17th 2021 at about noon after the big snow fall. I immediately brought the chains into the Checotah store and was told there was NO WARRANTY, ALL SALES FINAL on a $137.00 pair of chains. I was not told prior to purchase that they are all sales final, the product bag they came in did not say this and my receipt also did not indicate all sales final. LTC 321OR only specified chains must be returned in unopened package or can ? NO WARNING, NO PRINT ! I have been doing business for years with O'reilly and am disgusted the only solution offered was a 800 number to the MADE IN CHINA COMPANY ! UPDATE Feb 2nd 2021 Ernie (Manager) at Checotah O'Reilly's contacted corporate and there was some confusion. The chains are warranted for 30 days. Only CASH REFUNDS are not given under all sales final. My new chains are expected Tuesday Feb 23rd 2021 and if all goes well this issue will be closed with this update. I will change the review to 4 stars for lack of training. But I give Ernie 5 stars for going the extra yard after I contacted him with info from the manufacturer !

I live out of town so he asked me to leave the part and receipt and would call when it was complete. I called several hours later to inquire about it and he said it was going to take some time and had 3 others with the same trouble. He called me this morning @ 7:20 to tell me I had to come back in with my card as the return receipt had 0000 for the last 4 numbers on the card. I printed the receipt again and it had the correct 4 numbers on it. I called back and told him where to look and he found it. He said I still had to come back in with the card. It wasn't until after I mentioned corporate office and notifying my mechanic that I would require receipts showing they did not use Oreills"s that he agreed to take the card over the phone. He asked why I was not going to use them anymore because he was handling it now. I explained, I called before I left town that I needed to return it and he said I had to print out the receipt 1st. I went home (out of town) and printed it and took it back the next day and then all the rest happened.They have lost a customer and the mechanic said that's why he uses Auto Zone in the next town except for emergencies.I wish I didn't have to rate their selection as I would give them all 1s 0s if I could.
