Meanwhile another customer approached that register to go into great detail about her circumstances. 5 staff standing around looking while I waited. No one offered to assist me. Called about a serpentine belt for truck that they had to bring in from another store. They…read moreoriginally said that it would be from 12:00-3:00 p.m. We live an hour and fifteen minutes away from Cortez. When I called back at 12:00 p.m. to see if they had the motor mount bolts, as well, the dude was completely a grumpy jerk that kept talking over me; like he knew what I needed better than I did. I called O'Reilly's to see if they had motor mounts, and they did. I asked about the belt and they had that in stock, too. I don't really support big corporations like that but they are polite and get the job done. I'll be going to O'Reilly's from here on out.
