I am a forever customer

Battery Joe is not just your average repair shop; it's the knight in shining armor for your tech…read morewoes. As a proud member of the GenX tribe, I've seen gadgets come and go, but my trusty iPhone X has been my loyal companion since its maiden release. With every password and memory stored within its sleek frame, it's practically an extension of my brain - a digital squire in the quest of modern life. However, even the sturdiest of knights can fall prey to the perils of forgetfulness. Picture this: a heated discussion, a forgetful moment, and my beloved phone takes an unexpected ride atop a stranger's car. Cue panic mode. But fear not, for Apple's trusty "Find My iPhone" feature transformed into a real-time thriller, with my phone as the reluctant star, journeying through the city streets like a digital Odysseus. Yet, every odyssey has its trials, and my poor iPhone X found itself in the jaws of asphalt peril. Crushed, shattered, but not defeated - thanks to the mighty shield of a military-grade phone case. A testament to either my frugality or my fear of phone budgeting, this case saved the day, sparing my phone from total annihilation. Enter Battery Joe, the unsung heroes of Abilene, who greeted my shattered phone with open arms and a discount so generous, it could make a GenXer weep tears of joy. In record time, they replaced the shattered glass, restoring my phone to its former glory. But the saga didn't end there - oh no. A new front-facing camera was needed, and like wizards conjuring magic, Battery Joe summoned it overnight, completing the resurrection of my trusted companion. The bill? Well, let's just say it didn't break the bank - thanks to Battery Joe's secret blend of sorcery and goodwill. Suffice it to say, I've found my tech sanctuary, my fortress of repairs, and I'll be singing Battery Joe's praises to anyone who'll listen. So, if you find yourself in a tech pickle in Abilene, look no further than Battery Joe - where gadgets are reborn, and customers leave feeling as satisfied as a fully buffered download. And yes, I cheated in my review and used AI to help me turn it into something longer than my brain could come up with.

I ordered two motorcycle batteries online and I was contacted approximately a hour later stating…read morethe batteries were ready for pickup. After a 20 minute drive to the establishment I was told that one of the batteries was not ready. They said they had to fill the battery with acid and because of the fumes they couldn't let me have it. I asked them when I could have it and he said in 30 minutes. Being aggravated at this point because the batteries were supposed to be ready for pickup almost a half an hour ago I agreed to come back. I did return for my batteries and went home. When I got home and inspected the batteries I noticed the battery that they had to fill with acid had one cell that was almost dry and one that was half full and a couple that were over filled. Luckily I had some acid and was able to correct their screw up. Going to take my business elsewhere for now on.

DO NOT let these guys rip you off.. Enter with caution…read more... Walked in asked the guy for a battery for my key fob, he said $19.95 I responded $20 bucks for a battery? he explained, if we do it we're responsible and liable. He then said and I quote, "if you can figure out how to open the fob and figure out which battery you need then a set of two batteries is $7.99.. So I was basically on my own, no help from this guy unless I opted to pay the $19.95, worst customer service ever, makes me want to report this business to the BBB, shady business practices if you ask me, makes me wonder how many people these guys have taken advantage of... A 1 minute you tube video showed me the battery size and how to install. I will not be back and do not recommend this business...
