i love this place!! they go above and beyond to help u. I dropped my phone on the highway one morning on my way to work it got ran over a bunch of times........I brought it to "Battery Joe" to see if they could fix it......they did but the internals were too damaged to get a signal for a network or WiFi....bummer.... so they didn't charge me for the repair on the damaged phone and sold me a used phone for a cheaper price then fixing the old phone... Called about an iPhone that wasn't charging, and they diagnosed the most likely problem over the phone-would need to clean or replace the charging port. Looked and said they didn't have it in stock, but could by have by Monday. Told me to bring it in and they had diagnosed it correctly-just needed to clean the charging port WHICH THEY DID FOR FREE! I had Battery Joe replaced in my iPhone 11. I noticed immediately an error pop up on the phone complaining "Battery not recognized" and the battery health function no longer work. I called in was told give it 48 hour and the message would go away. It has not gone away. I called back a little over a week and was told I was misinformed and it will not go away and battery health function will never work. They said they were expec another shipment of batteries any day and would call me when they come in. A week has gone by and no call !! I thought I needed a new battery, but I took it to Battery Joe's and turned out that my battery was just fine. It was just the terminals that were corroded and needed to be cleaned. I couldn't catch his name cause he was talking low but he was very rude to me with i called and asked him for a receipt for the battery that my uncle purchased for my car on August 19th 2019. I would like the owners to know how he treats the customers and i am make this go viral.
