I visited the store 9/3/25 with a insurance claim from T-Mobile for a screen replacement on my…read morephone. I was told that it would take about a hour for the repair. I came back after a hour and was told the phone was smoking and that some how the battery had been punctured. I had to leave my phone overnight until a new battery was brought in from Houston. I arrived on 9/4 and received the phone but the new screen was not installed correctly or it did not agree with the frame on the phone. I gave the employee back my phone and she happily suggested changing out the frame for free. After everything was finished the phone looked and is currently operating like new. I appreciate the employees for making this unfortunate situation right and fixing my phone the correct way. Sometimes its ok to not get angry with people and to stay calm so we both can come to a solution to the problem. It was an inconvenience to not have my phone originally but I'm thankful everything turned out to be fine and I'm thankful for the employees that were involved in my specific repair.

When I got them I was greeted everything was great until it was time to change my battery I could tell she was about confused and struggled to get the battery but I took it as it being hot I would think you would employ or train qualified people. After about 20-30 ins she asked me to try my car. When I tried nothing. She said maybe she didn't tightened anything. By the time I knew something was wrong so I called my husband to meet me at the store. About another 20-30 mins she asked me try again. Again nothing. She explained she needed to go watch a video this was the time I knew something was not right. My husband asked for a supervisor to which she did not want to get one stating they pull be in Tuesday but after a bit of a back and forth one was finally called. Once the commercial supervisor arrived he explained that it was not properly placed in the car it was a few steps that was missed. After another 20-30 mins he tried by that time the car still did not work resulting in me having to tow it to the dealership. Today 6/17 I spoke to the dealership and my ECM was fried. This is the brains of my car to which your unqualified employee destroyed.

Not only did Battery Warehouse of Baytown save me 50 bucks but they also helped me figure out how to put the battery in my car. I always go to Auto Zone or O Reilly's to get my batteries but I think it is well worth the drive from Pasadena to Baytown to get my battery replaced from Battery Warehouse of Baytown. Don't go to them for Auto repairs. They will work on your car without authorization and charge you…read moreon the extra repairs. My Ford escape brakes they didn't hesitate on saying they could fix them. I approved the first quote of 444$ to replace the routers and the right front caliber. The next day they called and said that with the rust damage to the left front caliber would need to be replaced as well. I approved this repair and now the total was 601$. I thought that was fair and reasonable. Was told the car would be ready on Tuesday afternoon. They called on Tuesday afternoon and said they weren't having difficulties with the brakes and would need more time. I said take all the time you need but verified that I wasn't paying more than the 601$ I had approved. They called Thursday afternoon and tell me the car is ready for pickup. I walk in and now the total is 994$!!!! I asked who authorized the additional repairs? Because I did not. I had to pay an extra 390$ of repairs without my approval. They didn't even try to offer to lower the bill, you would think if you made an error and did repairs without authorization the shop would at least eat the labor costs. I paid the full amount but in protest. I would use caution and make sure you get everything in writing and approved before you have your car repaired at Golden Eagle!

This place did have the battery I was looking for! In fact they carry all kinds of batteries!!! They have batteries for autos, lawnmowers, motorcycles, generators, etc. I've been by here a bunch of times but always thought of it as a battery recycling business which they do, but I didn't realize they also sold all types pod batteries! So if your looking for a battery you can't find at your local auto parts store your best bet would be to give the folks at Golden Eagle Battery a try! They probably have it in stock!
