Made another appointment and when we took it in....another tech said no problem...so here we are months later after they insisted they needed to replace the brakes and still stuck with the same mess.

A little before 4pm they called to tell me my car was ready, but they were closing at 4 that day. Uh-oh. But since the Shell station on the corner is Bourne's as well, they told me they'd leave my car there and I could pay for it there also. Cool. Walked down there around 5pm and my car was waiting, with the doors locked. Good. I paid, a reasonable amount for an oil change. Some places are a rip-off, but not here. And when I got in my car, the steering wheel wasn't all dirty and grimy from dirty hands. Bonus! I hate having my car serviced and the steering wheel all grimy when done. That's the worst. Also, when I dropped my car off, the guys were just what I was expecting... dirty coveralls, beards, dirty hands from working on cars. Good stuff. I'll try Bourne's for other auto repairs when necessary. It's good to have another repair place within walking distance of Morrisville.
