I asked where decal remover was and all I was told was "aisle 2" and if it wasn't there, I could talk to a manger because he knows where things are, as apparently the counterman doesn't know. I had looked and said I didn't see any there, then the gentleman said once again I could ask the manager where it was as he said "he doesn't even know what he's looking for" . I'm not sure if he was new or not, but i feel very underwhelmed by my experience at this store. Napa will be getting my business from now on.
