Looking for a contractor is tough. Finding one that is able to complete all of your requests might even be a discouraging process. However, that was not the case when we reached out to OR Landscape. Based on the other Yelp reviews, and our initial meeting, we found that Omar and his team was able to perform all of our backyard maintenance and fence replacement. Omar was incredibly responsive during our initial phone call. We explained what needed to be completed, and he proposed a meeting the next day. Our fence was on the verge of collapsing due to the long ivy vines and tree roots. Omar came over to observe our situation, wrote down our requests, and told us that he would have a quote to us by the end of the day. Needless to say, his authenticity and responsiveness spoke volumes, and gave us a sense of reassurance. Pricing from OR Landscape was fair and reasonable. Each side of the fence replacement was itemized, so if we needed to split the cost with the neighbors, we had it documented. We ultimately decided to go with Omar and the team, and felt pretty confident in having his team work on our backyard. When the day finally came to start work (Omar and his team actually started earlier than expected, and asked if it was okay), we noticed how meticulous his team was. Omar was considerate of our neighbors as well and asked if we had notified them of the work being performed (which we did beforehand). They cut every piece of fence picket, measured and balanced it before nailing it onto the posts. It almost felt as if each picket was custom made, reflecting on the team's attention to detail. They ultimately removed all of the unsightly and invasive vegetation, installed new fencing posts, retaining walls and fence pickets, and new gate, all while cleaning up at the end of each day. In the end, everyone was impressed and satisfied with Omar and the team's work. We are glad we went with Omar because our backyard now looks like it'll withstand the battering rain and winds during the winter seasons. Omar redid our entire yard (front, back, and sides). He made sure he thoroughly completed the requirements that we'd set and completed the project timely despite the heavy rains. He built us wooden raised beds and a small wooden deck from scratch, built greenhouse and shed (materials purchased elsewhere), setup drip irrigation system, and replaced our fence.
