He answered a personal call during that time and showed that person "how bad" it was. The workers clearly don't realize that there are apps that translate their language to English. Additionally, I asked for a specific style and he was finishing up, I told him it should have been that style (maybe if he was paying attention instead of his personal phone call) so I had to spend additional time so he could fix it. I left the salon extremely disappointed because it wasn't what I asked for or wanted. Also- I understand a swastika means "well-being" in other religions, but given it's a military town, this other worker should be aware of the implication of wearing a swastika

Once I was done looking through and putting everything I needed in the basket I walked towards the register And asked the lady if she could look me up since I had left my sally card in California, when I told her I have the PRO CARD she seemed surprised, whatever I brushed it off and tried to make conversation about the clippers and trimmers which one would she recommend? And she responded with "I don't know I just grab whatever the Pro asks for"..... As an employee you get to see what sells the most perhaps offer an option clarifying that's more popular. :/
