He answered a personal call during that time and showed that person "how bad" it was. The workers clearly don't realize that there are apps that translate their language to English. Additionally, I asked for a specific style and he was finishing up, I told him it should have been that style (maybe if he was paying attention instead of his personal phone call) so I had to spend additional time so he could fix it. I left the salon extremely disappointed because it wasn't what I asked for or wanted. Also- I understand a swastika means "well-being" in other religions, but given it's a military town, this other worker should be aware of the implication of wearing a swastika

Customer service was below par and prices are way to high for the area. Went here to have highlights and walked out with orange streaks all over my hair. My stylist ate her Burger King while I sat under the dryer and looked like she had just rolled out of bed. I say head over to Better Bodies or Wal mart for a cut. Better yet head for Dallas.
