Great place. Inside was so nice and the staff was amazing, especially Andrea. The had several options for both pedi and mani.

My nails look horrible and my tech was talking his language the whole time and laughing rushing through my services. $111.00 later and not being satisfied, I tipped him anyway but he didn't think it was enough by the look on his face. My first visit to Krystal Nails was the absolute best pedicure I've had in a really long time! Kathy took great care of me! I was there about 45 minutes and didn't have to wait at all! I got the paraffin pedicure and she rubbed the bags of warm wax all over my legs before putting them on my feet, so the oil from the wax felt so nice. Then she massaged my legs and feet! The only negative thing I experienced was that the polish wasn't completely dry when I left and it smudged a little, but I would definitely recommend this place, especially for large groups. There are TONS of chairs! Oh and they use the "cheese grater" on your feet too!! If ya know, ya know!! My pedicure before tip was $36. read more

Worst pedicure ever!! No foot rub! No massage on leg, no hot towel! When I asked if he was going to apply cuticle oil before cutting and trimming my cuticles, he said " we just let the water do that". He also cut my toenails with cuticle clippers. read more

We were able to get in quickly for pedicures here. The equipment and tools seemed clean, but they were overpriced compared to what we paid elsewhere in town. Also, neither of us remember any of the staff speaking directly to us or even making eye contact other than when we paid our bill. We weren't disappointed in the way our pedicures turned out, but they also weren't any better than we received elsewhere. read more

Ann is amazing and talented along with her husband but their time management is terrible. If you want to get your nails done here be sure to clear the rest of your schedule because you never know when you'll actually get seen or finished. I walked in yesterday and Ann was busy, she said it would take an hour. For me that's fine for getting the nail tech I want but when I came back I sat at her station for almost another hour while she tended to other clients, even though she sat me at her station. I was over it. I already waited an hour just to come back and apparently not be worth the time. I walked out and I'll gladly just spend my money in Lawton. Altus nail salons are a joke. read more

Very nice place but traveled from the West Coast and was wasn't pleased with their services. Had a pedicure and manicure. Pedicure was good, whoever she was that did my nails was so nice and she was nice. However my toes, the worst. I feel as if they rush and was being lazy to do anyones service. I've been to plenty of nail salons but this one charges you by each little thing like it's more for hot rocks and it's more for paraffin then it just goes up. Charged 25+ more for gel ?!? And 15+ for acrylic?! Ive never been to a salon that had over 5+ choices of service for the feet LOL. They didn't know I understand their language cause I took a class and the whole time took advantage and laughed at us then over priced their services and included their tip in. I will never ever come back here, do not recommend. Just horrible. read more

Fancy inside but I believe they charge a lot for what they give. I went in for a pedicure and to get some acrylics off. They rushed through it, didn't help me put my sandals back on and I'm sure they only did one coat. I also paid more for the scrub and it was way to quick. I have so many reason why I will not be back or recommend anyone to get their nails done there. First i wanted for an hour with no knowledge as to what the wait would be. i had been once before so i thought the wait would be worth it. after an hour wait i was finally sat with someone. the man said what are we getting and i said a new set keep in mind i had my natural nails. i showed him a reference picture and he told me it would be over a $100. so i said i'll just do a solid color. after i said that his attitude changed he said no let's do the picture you showed. i said no i'll do a solid color thinking my price would drop to around $70 because of my length and shape. he was filing my nails and kept pulling my hand he told relax your had you can look when i'm finished. i wasn't even trying to look so that rubbed me wrong. then he said it again you can look when i'm done i'm just filing. at that point i was annoyed he finished and then i went sit with my friend till she was done. when i went pay a lady said okay that will be $90. i asked why so she got the man that did my nails and he said i did a manicure and you didn't say anything. i said all i wanted was a new set, he said what do you not understand and just walked away. prices should be posted so you know what cost what. do not go to this nail shop it's the worst mail shop i've ever been to in my life they do not pay attention to what u want u pay all this money for a picture of nails u showed them what u wanted and they give u something completely different it's giving what i wanted vs what i got vibes in that place all my nails was left crooked the designs were ugly and rushed and nothing like the designs on the pictures i showed them omg i have so many complaints all my nails are different lengths not fully painted the wine was hot and they paid attention to each other more than the people they were servicing BEWARE!!!!
