If you want a quick(ish) bit to eat whilst out shopping then Wetherspoons is better than O'Neils or Yates - otherwise I'd avoid it. Toilets tend to be fine and staff friendlier than in some.

In the evenings however, on peak nights, it is sometimes unbearably crowded, difficult to get served at the bar and near impossible to find anywhere to sit.
