Wasn't pleased with the food or pricing. I paid 12 bucks for a burger fries and a drink. The burger had a lingering smell and was flat and didn't come with the ketchup I asked for. All I wanted was ketchup for my son to have on it. One condiment was forgotten. Thankfully for my 5 yr old he didn't want it. So I ate it and got food poisoning. I honestly don't want to bash on a business but ive been sick for days and if you are going to serve expensive food make it decent quality. Other that that the theater was clean and seating was ok. Employees were polite as well. But 42.00 for two people at a movie mind you just a five yr old should be some discount. read more

I was very pleased when I heard this theater was free for military. My husband (he's active duty) and I had been there and gotten the free tickets. Then today we decided to go and take the kids to see a movie and they would not extend the offer to my kids that are 7 & 3 because they didn't not have id. YOU DONT GET AN ID AS A MILITARY DEPENDENT TILL AGE 10. I feel if you are going to offer a deal for military it should at least include their families. I won't be back here. read more

Never coming back here. We bought tickets inclusive with our meal at Popovers right next door. Picked up our tickets at O'Neil's ahead of time but were never asked if we wanted reserved seating. Got to our movie and figured we bought our tickets ahead of time so we sat in reserved seating as nobody said anything different. By the time we were asked to move three times there were no other areas with 2 seats together. Management at O'Neil's said not their problem. Gave us our pass for two back and basically said oh well. read more

The newly opened cinema complex in the Market Basket shopping area at the junction of route 125 and route 101. Stadium style seating makes for a nice viewing experience. There is assigned seating, when you buy your ticket at the counter you use a computer to pick from the available seats for the movie of your choice. A bit getting used to but in retrospect a nice innovation. read more

While the theatre is nice and the chance to reserve your seats is great, do not get food here, unless it's popcorn or candy. We have tried the burgers (inedible), hot dogs (ice cold) and ordered ice cream that never came. Since, for us, concessions are part of the movie experience, we can get the same "pick your seat in advance recliners" at another theater with out the food issues. read more

I like this new cinema very much. The staff is pleasant, and the assigned seating is a bonus. No last-minute scrambling for seats. The whole cinema is clean. This is the first time I've gone into a movie theater bathroom and not had to feel very grateful I'd had all my shots. The patrons are also far more considerate than the ones in Newington who talk and/or text through the whole freaking film. Parking isn't great right by the theater, but the snow undoubtedly takes up some of the spots. I also wish they had Coke instead of Pepsi (yuck!). My one tip is that if you want lunch or dinner and you don't want fast food, eat before you come to Epping. The town is devoid of anything resembling a decent restaurant. read more

I love this place as a mom. It is clean, not overly crowded, you can get your tickets online and reserve seats if you want. There are a few arcade games for kids if you have to wait. I've also noticed that trailers aren't as long as other theaters. Maybe it's just me, but I like the smaller size and simple efficiency of this place. Some people may prefer the large grandness of AMC, but that place grossed me out (see other review!). I just want a movie and a snack and let's get the show started people. I don't want to wait, walk a maze, or have to serve myself at a dirty condiment bar. I may be nuts, but i'd rather pay less, be served, and start watching the movie quickly;) read more

For birthday party's to a movie this place is FANTASTIC and clean! We are so HAPPY we have the O'Neil cinema close by!!!

this theater is still pretty new, but it is FILTHY. It looks and feels dirty and reeks of the pungent air fresheners that smokers use to try to cover up the smell of cigarettes. the theater itself was OK, but management had to be reminded to turn off the lights. I'll stick with the Regal and the Loop. read more

I know some people like the assigned seating however I hate them. I don't know why they couldn't keep this just like every other theater (where you just walk in and sit down). I would rather travel down to Methuen and go the AMC Theater than this one. You definitely get what you pay for. read more

O'neil Cinemas does great work in the community! Working with them over the past four years on the Granite Youth Film Festival has been wonderful. Not only do they provide the space and support for the youth film festival, but they work on publicizing the important charitable work year-round. This is probably the worst movie theaters I have ever visited. Recently, the movie Schindler's List came back to theaters for an anniversary special. My boyfriend knew it was a favorite movie of mine, so it being our anniversary, he decided to take me to see it. It wasn't playing anywhere near us (in Massachusetts), so he called O'Neil Cinemas to confirm, not once, BUT TWICE that it was playing before we drove to New Hampshire to see a movie. It was confirmed by two different people that it would be playing the time and date we drove there. Once we got there and tried to buy tickets we were told it was not playing. Absolutely ruining our night, we left there disappointed, not only that we couldn't see the movie after confirming it twice, but the employees and a manager were very unapologetic and disrespectful. Definitely do not recommend ever coming here, especially considering they don't have the comfy seats. read more

Our favorite movie theater in the area, so much so, we travel from Farmington to come here rather than one of the closer local theaters. Ticket pricing is on the low end unless you want DBox seating which costs an extra $8 on top of your ticket price and is a lot of fun. Matinees are usually $8 and evening tickets $10 and our favorite part is we can book our seats in advance and reserve the exact seats we want to sit in any theater for any movie, something that I haven't seen offered in ANY other movie theater in the area and the main reason we travel almost an hour to go there. I'm claustrophobic so being in an end seat is something I am able to choose which makes going much more enjoyable and the added bonus is if you book early enough you can get some awesome seats. If I were to have one slight complaint, I'd love to see some more inexpensive food/drink specials but lets face it, movie theaters make their money on food and drinks and it's a small price to pay for a great theater experience. read more

New, clean and nice. The seats do not have enough leg room between them unless you're 5'8 or under. I actually LOVE the assigned seating, but recently discovered that they cut back to having only a couple of assigned seats due to many people crying over it. I actually like the fact that you can pick your seats and not feel rushed to get to the theatre 30 minutes early to get a good seat but I guess they decided to appease to the majority. Other than that, it's a movie theater, so if you've seen one, you've seen them all. read more

I actually like this theater. I love that you can reserve seats. The reason for negative review is that they have very poor indoor air quality inside the theaters. Think you don't need AC in the winter? Wrong! Once you cram 100 bodies shoulder to shoulder in a tiny space, relative humidity spikes big time. Sitting there sweltering in the back row where all the heat rises too is not fun and I am not going back here until this issue is resolved. The sound system is incredible ,the big theater holds 499 people , screen is huge ,seats comfy also love the NO HANDS bathroom its almost fun .I go every week and don't get the FILTHY part ,we all use air freshners I didn,t know they had special ones to cover cigarette smoke and why would they use one to cover cigarette smoke, it, is a no smoking theater. maybe its the PEOPLE THAT REEK ...... I have been a fan of O'Neil Cinemas since they opened. I have had the unique opportunity to enjoy it for several movies, a church service and see them at plaza events hustling around offering pop corn and other novelties for the people. I often drive the further distance from Portsmouth where there are two large theaters to Epping to see a movie at O'Neil. The theater is clean, parking is available and the pricing is great. For an added bonus visit 900 Degrees after a show for some wings! I strongly recommend O'Neil Cinemas to anyone for a good time at the movies. read more

Tickets are sold at the concessions so that if you arrive when your movie is starting and are eager to get to your seat, you still have to wait behind people who are buying popcorn, slushes, candy bars, and sodas. I LOVE O'neil.....I'm so glad they opened up in Epping and gave us all an alternative to Regal. The prices here are much, much better. I typically take my two kids and their friends, so there are usually 5 of us. O'neil is half the price of Regal and the service is great.....light years ahead of "that other movie theater". They are always adequately staffed and they're always attentive. When there is a line at the concessions, there are at least 5 or 6 employees working so they keep the line moving. They don't waste everyone's time trying to upsell them larger sizes....they take your order and let you move along. Another thing I love about this place is the THE MOVIE STARTS AT THE TIME THEY SAY IT'S GOING TO!!!!!! Oh my god! What a futuristic idea! At most movie theaters, if the movie is scheduled to start at 7PM, it will actually start at about 7:30. At O'Neil, if it starts at 7PM..the previews start at 6:30....the movie starts at 7. I actually like previews....but don't try to suck me into the theater at a particular time just so I can watch a half hour of previews...if I want to see them I'll get there a half hour early. That's what I love about this place.....you don't feel like you're being deceived and upsold at every turn...when you're just trying to take your kids/wife/partner/friends to see a damn movie!
