OK. So we went for the Spider Man latest release on the Thursday before the nationwide Friday debut. Couple's things: 1. For what you're charging, the theater needs to recalibrate the speakers and sound system so it does not gyrate and Shake the theater. 2. You have recliner seats and they are mostly comfortable, but the lay out is NOT well designed. The metal bar from the toe before obstructs part of the viewing experience of the lower third of the screen. in each row, the bar should be MOVED down 4-6 inches -- that would make for a better, clearer sight line experience. 3. How can a medium popcorn and medium slurpee cost $26? Unbelievable.... Borderline highway robbery. On the plus side, plenty of parking, clean bathrooms, no burnt popcorn smell in the lobby. read more

We came here for the first time to watch Jurassic Park. It was enjoyable (minus the people chatting around us during the previews). It was easy to buy reserved recliner seats for our movie and get them scanned to get in the theater. They have multiple attendants at the concession stand so it was quick to get our movie snacks. They have popcorn, candy, chocolate, hotdogs, nachos, pizza, soda, and icees. Recliner seats are no frills but comfortable. Lastly, bathrooms were clean and there is plenty of parking. But today, I had asked the ticket lady if I could go grab a sweatshirt from my car, as the movie theater was freezing. She told me yes and then as I started to walk down the ramp she told me "I'm not gonna let you back in though, but you'll be warm." Not only was that completely unprofessional but also a ridiculous rule that someone cannot go grab a simple sweatshirt without being denied re-entry. This movie theater is not a good choice if you are looking for a feel-good movie theater experience. Here's why- No one greets you are says hello before you get to your seats. I don't know what training employees receive here but I never felt welcome, or that anyone cares that we came to the movies. This was not a positive start. Where is the common courtesy of saying hello? A large popcorn and small drink came to $22.76. The popcorn was $12.49 and the small Diet Pepsi was $8.49. Are you kidding me? And the popcorn was the absolute worst popcorn I have ever purchased in 20 years. Way too much salt, not warm at all, and looked like it came in a box or was made 10 days ago. Sorry- this was a bad experience. The movie tickets were $20.69 each on Fandango, so at least that was OK. But with the terrible popcorn and tasteless Diet Pepsi we paid $64 to sit in a theater and listen to commercials for 20 minutes before the previews started. This was the worst part for me. I enjoy previews, but loud commercials for 20 minutes is the biggest turnoff. So next time I know to pay for the reserved seats, come in at the last possible moment before the lights go down, and don't buy the popcorn, and bring a bottle of water to enjoy the movie. Me and my freinds went to go watch Obsession ( a horror film) and though we are not 17 years old. So the worker asked for our IDS, and we did not have then since we are only 1 year under age. The worker then goes on to be extremely rude about the whole situation and implied that me and my friends (teen girls) were spending our "daddy's" money and not ours, while refunding us. Another thing is we ran into family friends and started talking to them while waiting for a refund, then the worker went on to say "that we were trying to find a random adult to sneak in" and again gave us a very disrespectful tone and choice of words. It was extremely unnecessary and quite rude. I would not suggest going there if you want to have an enjoyable experience at the movies. Personally this rule of turning people away because of they are of underage for a MOVIE is just weird, there is no reason. If someone is wanting to go see a movie for a fun night out with friends and is turned away because they are underage it makes no sense, especially if they WANT to go! Another thing is that me and my freinds are juniors in high school! you are telling me that three juniors are not able to see a scary movie.. that's just so strange. There are only 2 theaters within 45 minutes of where I live, Regal is definitely the nicer of the 2, but for the fancy reclining chairs, and the bigger theaters, you definitely pay the extra premium price. RPX is definitely the best way to see a movie, but it's incredibly expensive, especially if you're bringing and entire family. The regular theaters are fine, they still have the reclining chairs, but the sound system isn't integrated into the chairs. The prices they charge for the concessions is out of this world, we just went a few nights ago and got a small popcorn for $8! It was also almost $8 for a medium soda. The theaters are always clean, the people working there are friendly enough. If you go to the movies often, I recommend downloading the Regal app and using it to earn points towards free drinks and popcorn. read more

I was surprised at how busy this place was! I was bored, not working OT on a long weekend, so I figured a go watch I movie that I wanted to see, "A man called Otto." The theater was 95% full about 2 hours before the movie so I had to get the seat in the middle of a bunch of groups. I got to the theater about 10 minutes before the movie and had enough time to get a popcorn and drink. Free refills for the larges sizes. The theater is not that new, the bathrooms although clean were half broken as all the stalls in the men's bathroom was out of order, and the reclining chairs are not that comfortable and pretty tight, width wise. The temperature outside was freezing but in the temperature throughout the theaters were comfortable. It wasn't the best theater experience but it is close to my hotel so I would probably come back if I have another free weekend. read more

Place really needs to be updated, I worked here 15 years ago and the only thing that's changed Is that the seats recline now. Saw a movie tonight and the show was supposed to start at 4:35 but didnt start until like 510. The lights didn't even go dim for previews like they usually do. Bathrooms needed attention, some had no TP, missing soap in a bunch of the dispensers. Other places allow you to dispense your own popcorn and your own drinks now but you have to go face to face with some for all concessions and ticketing. Terrible experience. My husband purchased tickets for himself & our daughter to join a friend to watch Moana 2. As 11 year-olds you can imagine how excited the girls were. My husband selected their seats and paid for them 2 days ago. Today, with only a 2-hour notice he received a cancelation email on the tickets. The website directs people to call the location with billing issues. But no one answers the phone. He even tried calling yesterday because he had an unrelated question. He's tried calling literally on repeat for the last 2 hours plus numerous attempts yesterday. We have no explanation as to why the tickets were canceled. And no way to get a hold of anyone to help us through this and make it better. Way to ruin a child's weekend (2 actually). read more

I was seeing Insidious 5 and a seat was open next to mine, so a guy came in and sat there who didn't pay for it (i checked the app) then fell asleep 10 minutes into the movie. I waited another 10 minutes and he just kept snoring so loud I couldn't hear the movie (sleep apnea?). I asked the manager if he could help at all, he talked to the guy then told me I should just move. I left and got a partial refund but will probably never come to this theater again. read more

Prices are definitely outrageous but that's just how it is now a days. We went to the rpx theater to see uncharted. I would say the Butt kicker seats really don't add much to the film. However the bigger screen and the extra sound do provide quite a bit to your experience. I do believe it's worth it to go to rpx. It's one step down from imax. The seats were also pretty comfortable, you can decide if you like the buttkicker or not, it's not always accurate and it can be a little annoying. But during some moments I can see how it adds to the movie. read more

DH and I have been going to this theater for many years but just recently they installed lounging chairs in all the theaters and is now charging a surcharge for all movies. We had premium tickets and were told we could use them for any movie with an additional fee for 3D, 4D & Imax only. So as we never go to those movies we purchased them thinking we could use them all the time. Well we entered the theater and were charged $1.50 more to offset the value of the now installed recliners. We had no choice of not using the chair. We are going to avoid this theater in the future maybe go to some of the small town theaters. Major companies just keep raising and raising the prices. And even worse we arrived early and they now have reserved seating... so if you come early and want to sit in a specific spot forget it! No wonder so many people watch Netflix! read more

Went to see the movie " unhinged" and literally I thought I was going to be starring in the movie with how I felt with how this cinema was operating. First off the movie screen went blank and I spoke to a manager after 15 minutes of nothing on the screen and then they adjusted it incorrectly to the point where we were watching previews for 45 minutes. The people running this place are tragic and this service is completely unacceptable . When you have 3 months to pull it together and open your doors this should never everrrrr happen . Great Theater !! Great seats, really comfortable seats. I really like this theater a lot. I just wish I did not have to buy a ticket way before I got to the theater to see a movie. Used to be able to walk in and buy tickets at the theater only. Now you have to select seats like at least a hour before or so. One of my favorite theaters, definitely !! The seats are so comfortable, I could fall asleep in them. The only theater better is IMAX theater, which is unlike any other Theater. I really like this place !!!! On arrival to purchase our tickets there was insufficient personnel working in the ticket booth, creating a very long line and actually making people late for the start of their movie. Then, when we asked what's the availability for the early show tomorrow he said 11:45 AM but I have to tell you the heat is broken so you won't have any heat. We declined that option. It was great to be back in the theater. Love the options of food and beverages. The seating is very comfortable and the entire theater, from the moment you walk in, is clean. The chairs are the best! Fully recline or just put your feet up. Lots of space. I'm sure these seats are probably better seats than most have at home. Pre-pandemic, we did not buy tickets in advance unless we were going to a new movie within the first 2 weeks when it was released. My husband does not usually go to the movies with us. This time, it was my husband and I. My husband has Parkinson's and is a fall risk. We limit his stair use when possible. The only problem I came across was ordering tickets online and booking a seat in the handicap row. When trying to secure a seat in the handicap section, it required you take an area that seats someone in a wheel chair. Couldn't book a seat without a seat with a wheel chair. Not all handicap people are in a wheel chair. There needs to be a better process for booking handicap seating for people who are NOT in a wheel chair. This current process discriminates against all other disabilities. read more

I was on vacation near here and decided to watch a movie. Regal Fox Run 15 was the closest theater so off I went. While the movie was great, I wish I hadn't gone to this theater. There weren't many people at night, and I think I was the only one in my specific theater, but now I know why. My theater smelled like piss. Heavily of old piss. It was like several people walked around the theater and pissed everywhere, and the people working here just didn't bother cleaning up. I went here last year and I see there's a review from this month and year (December, 2013) that also describes the stink, so it looks like that's a feature of Regal Fox Run 15, not a bug. If I ever go on vacation in this area again, I am definitely not going to this theater again. Too gross for me. read more

Well contrary to most of the reviews, I love this theater. I recently moved to the area from NYC so the assigned seating thing does not bother me one bit... in fact, I think it is a great idea! It is NO different than making a dinner reservation and calling ahead/reserving online via Open Table - or Yelp, for that matter! The seating is very spacious and gone are the days of having to squeeze by a long row of people (and pray you don't spill your popcorn) to get to your seat. For those complaining about surcharge... do you purchase your tickets on Fandango and use Ebates or something similar (to get free $ back)? Are you a Regal Crown Club member (to get free snacks/other perks)? Hellooo.. Free money? Free snacks? So, no reason to complain about surcharge, in my opinion. Also, they have the best soft pretzel bites of any theater I've visited, which is definitely worth noting. read more

Waited in line for alcohol for about 10 mins behind the side that said "for alcohol please stand here" before my husband had to ask if we needed to be in a different line. By the time we moved there were 10 people in the empty line we would have stood in if the employee, Connor would have acknowledged us instead of looking at us multiple times then walking away. Finally 15 mins into waiting and we had one person ahead of us and he laughs and tells us we can move over cause the next line is open. next employee we dealt with was unbelievably slow and was as terrible as an employee as the last. I seriously am laughing at all the people complaining about the assigned seating. I think it's great. If I want to take my family to the movies I log onto my app, choose our seats and pay. I get there and skip the lines and go sit down. We don't have to drive all the way there and find out the movie is sold out or we can't get seats together. What exactly is the issue?
