The Simpsons Arcade Game (In excellent shape)
    Classic V.

This place has a good selection of games and has a great location by the water and next to The Goldenrod. Some of the machines could use some refurbishments, and there were a few games down, but what was available here more than outweighed that. Another big plus about this place is that most of the classic non-redemption games only cost a quarter each to play. I got to play some great games here like The Simpsons game, and the machine worked great without any issues. Another game that I grinded here was DDR extreme. I thought that I was going to suck, which I did at the beginning. But I kept getting better and better, which enticed me to play more. Overall, what would elevate this place to a 5 star rating for me in the future would be to have more of the classic games up and running and to make some of the redemption games a little less expensive. But all around, this is a great arcade with a ton of untapped potential.

Visited the area on 8/21/22 with my family. My wife uses a wheelchair so the first thing I looked for was an accessible way to get in. So the odd thing is, there is what looks like a fairly new deck that was built on the front of this property, but the only way to access it is via a set of stairs. On one side of the deck it's blocked off to what is basically a sidewalk that runs along the entire road where this is located, which has a ramped end so a chair is able to get up on to the walkway, but if you were to wheel all the way to the end, you'd end up with essentially a wall in your face. So we went around to the rear of the building and they had a small curb size lip to a "ramp".. I use the term ramp very loosely here and then a typical step up doorway threshold. So if you're in a wheelchair by yourself, you will not be able to get in to this arcade. However, I am able to tip back and lift my wife's chair to get around these types of obstacles. Once inside, she was able to wheel around with no real issues. There did not appear to be any restrooms in the facility and if there were, they are almost definitely not wheelchair accessible / ADA compliant bathrooms. I lost at least $2 worth of quarters across the myriad of games I deposited coins in to. I didn't bother bringing it to the attention of the guy behind the desk because he didn't seem overly thrilled to be working there honestly. Overall though, my family and I love Skee Ball and had a good time in a retro / nostalgic kind of way since this is a very dated arcade.

Old school beach arcade. Some super oldies but goodies - video games, pinball, skeet ball. Ticket system that kids can swap for prizes. It's not plush it's on the beach. But it's much more than a game room. It's a landmark old treasure that should be in every Maine summer vacation. Just like York Animal Kingdom. Live in the moment.

This is a fun amusement park with rides for small children like going to a carnival- they have bumper carts and go carts. They have camel and pony rides for extra costs too! Upon entry we were a little confused as to where the action was, after speaking with the Butterfly lady we headed past the wetlands of ducks- we made it to the coolest part of the zoo! The MAINE attractions include monkeys, sloths, ostriches, reindeers, ravens, foxes, Kookaburras, zebras, lemurs, deer, geese, large blue pigeon, owls, Asian otter, Ankole cattle, chickens, goats, ducks, alligators, kangaroos, prairie dogs, and a lioness and tiger!! They have a butterfly kingdom filled with lovely plants and butterflies and a reptile area filled with tarantulas, snakes, frogs. Our favorite parts were feeding the birds for $2.50! What a fun experience! The birds were so friendly and loved eating from the popsicle stick with seeds! Then we were able to feed the goats, deer and ducks! The baby deer was SO CUTE and the animals are adorable and come right up to you. We were OVERJOYED that we had the ENTIRE zoo to ourselves cause it was raining but the monkeys were still going wild and howling! It was so much fun! Also Moxie is my favorite animal- she is three years old and is a beautiful Tiger. She sat right in front of us and was majestic to appreciate- she is a calm tiger. All the animals are taken care for and we are so glad we made the stop today! It was $18 per person and honestly had a blast. Great for visiting in the summer and early September as they close September 21! Next year they will have a Capybara! We also stopped by the gift shop and got some eco friendly Tiger and Giraffe totes for $5! Very affordable place perfect for young families and fun for children. Please come and support this zoo and amusement pa

We bought our tickets online making it easy to enter the park. As you come up to the entrance, to the right are the rides, snack bar and restrooms. We grabbed a snack before heading in, but you can bring your lunch if you want. There is a pretty clear trail to follow. The butterfly exhibit was wonderful, our kids loved hours the butterflies were flying around freely. Bird exhibit was fun and watch out for the goats of you go into the fenced area to feed them. They will overwhelm you as they know you have the food. A fun experience, especially for the little ones. They've do have a lioness and a tiger. We liked looking at the Texas longhorns. Those horns were over six feet long. Interesting to see. They do have another snack bar inside the zoo area if you decide to take a break there. They had camel and pony rides which the kids loved. A nice day visit for the family.

The park is located along the Atlantic seacoast in Rye, not far from Portsmouth. The area is the site of the Pannaway Plantation: the first European settlement in New Hampshire. Settled in 1622, the plantation was completely abandoned by the 1630s when the settlers moved to nearby Strawberry Banke. The land was settled in the mid-1660s by the Odiorne Family, whom the park is now named after. From 1942 to 1947, the park was the home of Fort Dearborn. The ruins of the deactivated World War II-era fort can still be seen today. Today the park is home to hiking trails, bike paths, a playground, picnic areas, pavilions, and a Seacoast Science Center which opened in 1992. My family and I visited Odiorne Point State Park this summer while we were heading to Maine for a summer getaway. We had some time to kill before we could check in to our AirBnb, so we decided to stop at the park. We had fun exploring the grounds and my two sons especially enjoyed playing on the nautical-themed playground. The highlight of the park is the Seacoast Science Center. There are all sorts of exhibits devoted to the conservation of marine and coastal environments. My two sons loved learning about whales, local shellfish populations, the local fishing industry, the fight against ocean pollution, and underwater exploration. There was even a cool gift shop where we picked up a few things. Whether you live in the area or you're just passing through like us, Odiorne Point State Park is a fun place for the whole family!

So I went inside to see what they had since I will be needing a new calendar once the year is over and I figured why not get one right then and there while I happened to be at a store that sells them. They had a pretty good sized selection of calendars and some of them had a sticker on them with a special price. They have all sorts of different themed calendars. I saw ones with actors on them and others with flowers, cats, dogs, sunsets, television shows and much more. I chose a calendar that has photos of flower gardens. The photos on the calendar are beautiful and I lucked out because the calendar I picked happened to be one of the specially priced ones. After I made my selection I looked around the store for a few minutes. I saw other items such as jigsaw puzzles, toys for kids and board games for kids and adults alike. When I went to pay for my calendar the guy working at the cash register was very friendly and was a pleasure to deal with. I am glad I decided to stop by!

At first, I was not in a rush. 30 minutes until the B-Day party, and I thought it wouldn't take very long. But oh boy, was I wrong! 20 minutes later, NO ONE! I waited 5 more minutes. Still. I needed a present. The party was in 5 minutes! I just left, and I ran to a nearby candy store, Yummie's Candy And Nuts and grabbed candy. I thank Yummie's, while I am mad at Calendars, Toys, and Games. I would totally recommend it, but past events have left me wondering why this is rated 5 stars by most. I don't believe it. Other people clearly have had a better time than me. Review from Matthew Joe W. Has me puzzled. "Friendly gentleman behind the counter willing to assist us." Like WHAT?! I take it back. I don't recommend this toy store. Never going back in my life.

We were here on Monday 7.8.24 on a hot summer day but the air in Inn on the Blues was KICKING so much so I had to run and get sweatshirts (from the multitude of gift shops) for the little ones. Fisherman Basket with fried scallops, cod, shrimp and clams (YES with the bellies pfft I'm a New Englander after all) lightly breaded and so fresh. You'll need to ask for cocktail sauce if you would like to dip your shrimp in some. Little Bit had the philly cheese steak, I think it was good and my Son-in-law had the Atomic burger which he cleaned the plate so that is always a good sign, those onion rings were the bomb-diggity too! The grandkids devoured there food as well Kai especially liked the Pasta with plain butter and Khaleesi kept talking about the brioche bun for her burger A+A+A+. Those Crab Cakes with the Aioli is an ABSOLUTE must! Crust was crunchy and the meat inside was delicate and sweet just the right seasoning. LOVED this dish the most. View is awesome the music was upbeat and there was plenty of room for groups of 8-10 people. Full bar and we ordered shots to begin... because WHY NOT? it was our last full day of vacation! Located right on the main street and parking is across the street (if you are lucky to find it during the summer rush) I believe there is also parking around back towards the Zoo. Cheap it was not however, I wouldn't hesitate to visit again just for those crab cakes. Respectfully Reviewed.
