We were there on a crazy Saturday and the staff was very friendly to help us (our first time). Very clean store and restrooms. Will definitely go back. read more

I visited this location while on vacation from California. This was the cleanest, nicest and had the kindest employees I've ever encountered. I personally watched an employee clean out each machine as well as each detergent dispenser. I wish we had places like this back home. read more

Came here for the first time this morning and upon walking in, Natalie greeted me and helped me with figuring things out. I love that I can get all my laundry done in about an hour. The prices aren't bad, either. There's vending machines and a kid area, so if I need to bring my son, he has an area that he can play in. This is the fanciest laundry mat that I've ever been too! No need to bring your quarters. You just load money on a card. Thank you, Natalie for helping me out this morning! You were super sweet! read more

Found this place on Yelp and decided to give it a try because I needed to wash some comforters and rugs, and I'm so glad I did! The manager, Natalie, was incredibly helpful and showed me how the cards work and the different kinds of washers/sizes and gave me suggestions based on my loads. Everything is VERY clean and organized. There's some little tables and chairs for you to sit if you're going to wait for your clothes. Folding tables were clean. Obviously not as cheap as the coin machines in some places, but do yourself a favor and pay the tiny bit higher price and come here. You can even pay with a credit card! $1 fee to get your card the first time but you keep that card and reload it after that. Thank you for your help Natalie! read more

Let me start off by stating I don't write reviews and this will probably not stop people from coming here. You should come here actually, it's clean and convenient. BUT the costumer service I received from Karen was completely uncalled for. Upon arrival I was greeted by an other woman and she helped me with their card system which was nice because coming to a laundry mat I really don't expect much. Anyways back to Karen, my washer was on the opposite side of where their kids corner was and I didn't realize it so when it was time to dry my clothes I decided to use the dryers that was closer to keep an eye on my kids. I thought twice because she was mopping and I don't want to be in the way so when I stepped in an area that I thought was dry I thought I heard her say "really lady" I let it go because one I was taken back by it and 2 I don't feed into comments like that. BUT SHE KEPT SAYING STUFF ABOUT THE WET FLOOR. So I said "yeah i did notice you were mopping but my kids are over here, it's going to be fine." She kept running her mouth and yeah I did continue to walk on Her wet floor for being rude. I thought her comment was completely uncalled for especially because I thought I was being careful to not walk on the wet area. read more

This place is amazing. Very clean, quite and friendly staff to help with any questions. It is not like any other laundry mat I have been to. I never have to worry about having quarters because you use an electronic card. Laundry day is no longer a drag. So glad I found this place. read more

The best laundry mat that we have ever been to. High capacity washers, cards that you can load from a credit or debit card so you don't not have to worry about feeding quarters into the machines. The place was very clean. Will definitely come back! read more

Well maintained & clean. Extra in-house services haven't been sampled but IMO are worth looking into. They also offer coffee and donuts on select days. At least that's what a sign on their wall said. Truly not a bad spot to do laundry. I didn't see the video games I read about in another review but I will go here the next time I need to. read more

This place is amazing! It is very clean and they have laundry cards that you use to wash with. You don't have to worry about the machine taking your coins! Just load money in the machine and a card comes out with your money on it! They also offer laundry drop off! read more

This is where you need too be if your clothes are in need of wash! Mrs. Natalie provided me with some of the best service. Very clean, plenty of washers, and there's even a tv and couch for entertainment. Each washer only takes 20 minutes for a full cycle. read more

Great laundry mat. Use kiosk to purchase a card for the machine quick and painless! Any issues Shelly Wade will be so helpful. New machines. Large and small. Large area with loads of machines, vending, carts, etc. everything you could want in a public laundry experience! read more

Really nice laundromat, clean machines easy to use. Helpful staff. Natalie was very helpful in explaining how it works.I prefer this place over other coin operated washers and dryers. Has different sized washers from small loads to huge ones. You get free dryer use included with so many washings. Will be coming back to do more!! read more

Like that they have free drying with your washes. Any time I'm here most all the staff is very friendly except for this one old white lady with glasses. She rudely asked me to close the door behind me when I need it propped open to unload and load my car. I'm pregnant and can not possibly carry all my laundry (that takes at least 2 trips with the cart) and open/ close the door at the same time. I loved that it propped open for that reason. Unless she's paying my laundry or standing there holding the door open while I load or unload, she needs to mind her business and be helpful or leave the paying customer alone to do what they need to do. The only times I've ever seen her interact in a friendly matter with customers are when they are the same skin color as her. read more

I have loved using this place and their drop off services! My housekeeping company recommended them and I'm so glad. When I have crazy busy weeks I take 2 or 3 loads of laundry and drop it off and in a day, sometimes less it's washed and folded and hung up! I HATE folding and hanging up clothes! Lol :) It's really clean and if you wanted a typical laundry mat you handle yourself this would be the place. They also offer dry cleaning! I definitely recommend this place to help make your life easier. Prices are reasonable. Going to try the home pick up and delivery next! read more

I had used another laundry service and I could not imagine there was a better place. When I found this place, my first impression was that it was probably new. I realized that it is simply a well-maintained place, with a serene, clean, and lighted atmosphere. Your system is modern, I am not worried about not having enough coins needed for all the washing machines, I simply recharge a card and that's it. It is a service that is worth paying. read more

Found this little gem by accident today and I'll be back. Customer service is great, machines worked great, place is clean, safe and friendly. Lilly is fantastic, really cares about the place. She greeted every customer that walked in the door with a smile and brings you a basket. Offered great instructions for first time customers and makes you feel welcome. Ed Manning read more

I was really nervous about taking my clothes to the dry cleaners after I heard some horror stories. This place had incredible reviews and they were right. The place is so clean and all the people that I spoke to were so sweet and helpful. My clothes looks great and I got them back sooner than I expected. Love them and I'll absolutely be using them again. read more

Rude staff! I have been here twice and had a bad experience both times! The ladies have an attitude, are obviously bitter and unhappy working there! I decided to give it the benefit of a doubt but i won't be going back after the second time. The look for any reason to complain or be rude I.e- carts moved around, folding clothes, eating snacks. read more

Really nice laundromat, BUT came here around 9 and the lady inside was mopping her floors, just witnessed her getting on to a customer for walking on her mopped floors as well as my boyfriend. She showed absolutely no respect and gave plenty of attitude... read more

Took a suit in Friday afternoon to be dry cleaned for a funeral on Monday. We were promised the suit would be ready Saturday. We went and picked up the suit on Sunday only to find out that they hadn't gotten it cleaned. They did refund our money and gave us a $5 gift card but it doesn't help that the suit isn't ready to attend the funeral. Will not be returning. read more

This place is awesome! You can bring 40lbs of dirty tshirts and gym shorts etc and within 3 hours it's all done!

I don't like doing laundry normally about this place makes it fun ...it's clean organized ...the machines are top-notch the help is really great and it's easy to use the machines because they're all run by a re load able card so you don't need to fight with putting coins in each machine this is fast and easy great place! Cards can be re loaded using cash or credit card. read more

I love this Washerteria. I never used fluff and fold service before. The prices are reasonable, and when I figure in my labor time and materials cost, and then money for the machines, it comes out pretty good letting them do the work vs me doing it. I may pay a tiny bit more, but they wash, fold and hand my laundry, and on top of that they wrap my items in plastic wrap. T-Shirts are all bundled together and wrapped, underwear, towels, etc... It's marvelous! Usually they have my laundry done in a day or two. Text message sent to my phone when it's ready to be picked up. The staff are friendly as all get out. I am an older guy with a heart problem. They even carry my laundry from and too the truck. Clean place, Lots of Carts, Carts are in good shape, Good Attendants, Equipment is in good repair, vending machines and bathrooms in good shape. read more

Nice place, very clean. I like the paid card concept no need to have rolls of quarters or bills. Wash as little pricey but you get free dryer credits. read more

I have been here twice now as my machine broke down and I've not yet replaced it. Nobody likes doing laundry but if you need to go to an outside place, this would be it. I've been to many throughout my life and of course nothing beats doing it at home, short of that, this is the cleanest laundry site I've ever been in. They are super customer focused, no screaming kids running around unattended, no dirty machines. THIS place is the best I've been too. Since it looks as if it's going to take longer than I hoped to replace my machine, I'll be going here until that happens. read more

Really clean!!!!!!!! A little expensive but it's worth it. Free wifi, tv, snack machines and it's always clean.

Found this place when my washer broke. Did a great job with a drop off wash and fold. Prices are great too. Will use them again for comforters and blankets. Nice to have a place like this in the area. read more

The place is aptly named, because that's what I said when I went in! "Oh, what a laundry!!" Very clean, comfortable place to take your laundry. And there's staff onsite in case you have questions or problems. I'll never take my clothes anywhere else!! read more

The laundry mat is good for laundry. Here is my problem they have a restroom for the men and one for the women. The problem is neither of the bathrooms are in operation. If this was a free laundry for the community that might be alright. This laundry is not cheap. You do have to put money from your debit card on the laundry card that is new to me but not a problem if I could see myself going back without a problem. I bet the owner would have working restrooms if they had to use this laundrymat. Now this is not a one time thing. For my last two visits one restroom was working. Today non were working.
