I'm not a fan of warm tuna salad. Service was amazing and the waitress was very attentive and offered suggestions. She was right on the beer choices! My favorite was the darker one in my photos. I ordered one that smelled like the skunkiest Mary Jane I smelt! That one was good too! I'd definitely go back, when in town, and order a different food option to go.

River City is comfortable and a great spot. I did seem some food come out of the kitchen that looked awesome. The parking was free. I strongly urge you to never do pick up or do delivery because there's a 25% chance or greater you will be missing something from your order or your food won't be packaged well and will have spilled everywhere in the bag. And I can confidently say this after half a dozen plus chances on delivery. Unfortunately it's not small things like silverware that are usually missing. It's usually entire meals or entire sides ordered a la carte. I feel crazy enough thinking perhaps I forgot to order something or click something but they always attach a receipt to the outside of the bag confirming that indeed, I am not crazy. They are just not thorough. Examples of missing items: No chips with chips and salsa One time we got just someone else's order entirely (nothing matched our order) Multiple instances of sides missing Today my pizza was missing. There were only three items on this order so now currently figuring out if I'm reordering a pizza or just scrounging around in my pantry after all. I would understand a bit better if perhaps our orders were complicated but I'm only ever ordering for just two. It doesn't ever seem like anyone is checking for accuracy or quality assurance to make sure packaging is closed all the way or seal proof. I've dined in twice and the wait staff seemed a little lost on a busy night and the wait time on food was pretty long. Perhaps it was just sincerely an off night that night. Everyone has them. However for sure, their pickup and delivery system is very flawed I can say emphatically. I really wish they'd work out their kinks because it's the closest non-chain restaurant to me that serves a little bit of everything. Edit: I reordered the pizza and it arrived suspiciously fast but it was still over an hour after originally ordered. It was cold. 10000% not a fresh pizza. Very disappointing

Tia, our bartender was quiet but friendly. She let us sit there for a while to go over the beer list. I like sours and they had a Berliner Weisse on tap. Tia asked if I wanted syrup in it, super traditional and super old school. The tartness of the beer was balanced out by the raspberry syrup. Tia also let me try out some of the other beers.
