I had been a huge fan of the Tough Mudder branding for a while, so when I started working with my co-founders to launch BollyX, Condensed IO was the team I thought of to contact regarding my own branding and marketing strategy. I have worked very closely with the Condensed IO team since the inception of BollyX. From the beginning, I was impressed with how imaginative and talented they are in translating the vision of a company into incredible visual branding. Condensed IO is a full-service marketing partner for us. Not only have they helped us envision and create our brand, they have also built our website (front end and back end) and they produce all our marketing collateral. My working relationship with the Condensed IO team has been nothing but positive. First off, they are extremely fast and reliable. As a startup, I appreciate that they are very hands on and constantly testing and iterating our website. Additionally, they are genuinely passionate about our company, and they are constantly thinking of ways to improve our branding. Lastly, they are extremely approachable and responsive to my team's needs. Even in the most urgent circumstances, I can rely on them. My co-founders and I consider Condensed IO very much a part of our own team.

What makes Condensed so unique is the pride and complete commitment they bring to the design of your brand and website. Condensed is in it with you. Brent and his team would prefer to give up a client before they would compromise on what they think is the best representation for a company. I don't know if I've every worked with someone who spent as much time discussing my site's direction, its design and the overall message we wanted to convey. I came to fully appreciate how they scrutinize every little aspect right down to the type of font that is used. No details is left to chance. Many web designers don't have opinions and just do whatever the customer wants. That seems convenient, but that's not how great sites and brands are built. You need a company that has so much confidence in their skills that they will push back and challenge you if they think it's in the best interest of your business. The truth is, most of us don't know what we need, so having a team that doesn't back down and sticks to their creative vision was critical. I am proud of the warrior combine brand and site and will look forward to future collaborations with the team at Condensed.

A friend told me that this SEO can help me get on top of search pages whenever words related to my business were hit on search engines. I was reluctant... however, my friend was very successful in business so I went out to hire DMH. I followed his suggestion since, hell why not? DMH studied my digital marketing strategy and created a new marketing plan for my business. They had to totally revamp my site. Each web page design was changed and I was ecstatic with the results. Their graphic designing services were incredible. They didn't use generic templates which was what my previous website was made of. They made a customized design in photoshop of my homepage which they converted in HTML which google loves. Another plus in my book is that my website was optimized for mobile devices alike laptops and desktops. Since my websites were customized, they ranked in the top 10 of Google after a few months. They know how to find the right keywords. I think this is called keyword research. My site was ranking for those words I wanted, which is the name of the game right? and the website design was fantastic! I don't know what to say. I really want to thank them so much. DMH is definitely my go-to for anything I need related to my business's online presence !

Facebook marketing was a piece of cake. I was also able to bring in more customers through the website that they have developed for me. Their web designer and developers were really great. I had a good website design that was fit for the theme of my business which was developed in photoshop which I LOVED because I didn't want to use a template and wanted a unique look. Each of the webpages looked really good and are useful too. I didn't know where and how to begin looking for a trust worthy company to hire for the job. I have had a bad experience building the current site and didn't want to repeat the same mistakes that led me to ultimately building a site I was not satisfied with. I was so frustrated so I put the project on hold until I got a call from Amy, the owner of TAG Online. She came over to my office, presented references, sample web sites, time lines, price considerations all of which put me at ease and made it sound easy, affordable and quick. The second meeting was even better because she came with Greg, the actual technician who worked on this project, so there would be as direct line of communication between us as possible. Within a couple of weeks I've got my first draft. They nailed it. The first draft exceeded my expectations, the budget was right, it had most of what I needed and faster than I thought it would take.
