Had a horrible experience with Chandler Concrete!…read more We are a construction company and had called in concrete well over a week in advance and were on their schedule. Called back 2 days before to give our closer estimate for how many yards were needed. Was told they would give the message to the dispatcher. Called back the next day (the day before we were scheduled) and were told that the information was not put in their system. The girl that answered the phone said she put our request in and to call the next morning to release the concrete. A few minutes later we were called back by the same person and told that they had to cancel our order for the next morning that they didn't have enough trucks to deliver our concrete. They said they had a driver that was sick and that only left one driver. They did not even try to help make the delivery happen for us. Fast forward to the next morning, we passed a Chandler Concrete truck making a deliver to a location very close to where we needed concrete. We called and spoke to Jonathan who said he was a manager. Said that there was nothing that he could do. No apologies nothing. We are a company that used to do a lot of business with Chandler. We promptly paid our invoices and were very considerate of their time and efforts. We hope to NEVER have to use this company again. The customer service, lack of empathy, costing other businesses time and money is very unacceptable!

We had some rotted boards they replaced and then we realized our deck was warping and luckily they realized our 2 main 6"x6" posts had rotted. They replaced those beams with 8"x8" beams which leveled out our deck before anything catastrophic happened. Perfect job. Then we had them finish 3 unfinished rooms in our cellar. They sheet rocked the walls and ceiling and painted and put up mouldings and installed flooring. This looks beautiful and has really added value to our home. Alex and Jacob worked long and hard on all these projects over a few months. They really know what they were doing. We would HIGHLY recommend Appalachian Construction and Handyman.
