For whatever reason, the Bath Planet in Johnson City TN closed but no mention of it on Bath Planet…read morewebsite or on here. Went to the physical location; doors locked were locked and nobody answered the Ring security doorbell. Poor customer service if this is how BP runs their business (into the ground). BP needs to update their website(s) and anywhere you have they have their brand plastered on. If Bath Planet can't manage the simple task of updating websites of their store closures, I can imagine the kind of poor workmanship they would deliver (from the administration on down) to an unsuspecting customer. Nothing but pure laziness on BP's part. Go elsewhere, you'll most likely get a better price and definitely get better customer service. Who every is in charge of BP's marketing needs to find another line of work...a carnival barker comes to mind.

I was referred to Tried and True Roofing from a business that I had previously done business with. I contacted Phillip Oliver and he came by that day to measure, and gave me an estimate before he left. He was 25% of the cost of the next closest estimate, AND he was responsive thoughout! With his estimate being so low, one would be wary of the quality of workmanship. Since the business that recomended him is top notch, I had few reservations. Admittedly, much of the work that was estimated by others was unnecessary. Within 3 weeks of my first contact, my repair was COMPLETE! Phillip and his crew were professional, prompt, dedicated, hard working, efficient, and completed the work in a day and a half! They did a great job with cleanup too. He requires no money up front, and offers 100% satisfaction. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Which I shouldn't be expected to because my receipt boasts a 5 year labor warranty. How do I get Phillip to honor that? They laid the metal roof on top of the old shingles, if you have work done by these guys make sure you have everything in writing! Also, the review below written by Morris W is from Morris Wyatt, a coworker of Phillip's. It is a false review.

I called Wednesday and spoke with someone else who said someone would be here first thing Thursday morning. Again, no one showed up and no one called. My husband left a message Thursday evening. I called and left a message Friday morning and also emailed. No response to either. Their website says "Above all, we are distinguished by our high quality of work and commitment to customer satisfaction, before, after and during our project." This is clearly false advertisement since they do no show up when they say they will and do not communicate when they cannot meet their commitments. If they simply chose not to do our yard, the courteous thing would have been to do it the first time since they said they would on more than one occasion, and then advise us to find someone else. Now we have grass five days longer and will probably not be able to get someone else to come until next week. Their website also says they are Better Business Bureau (BBB) Accredited, but the BBB's website says they are not. Very poor business practice and definitely not committed to customer satisfaction.

Not only was the entire team highly skilled, but the equipment enabled them to lift whole trees over buildings and place them on the ground inches away from vehicles without a single scratch on anything. Watching tree work used to cause a lot of anxiety but not with this company. It is a lot of money to remove a lot of big trees, but when matched against the amount of work, the skill and peace of mind, it ends up a very good deal. It's my understanding they do land development and if I go down that road, I'll call them for this as well. I have a feeling they can do anything.

We hired a qualified contractor to correct these dangerous safety issues and they will attest to this. A rotted/termite-destroyed stud was not repaired or replaced. Their drywall and Christa's painting skills were sad - nails were popping out; an electrical outlet was covered; and new drywall was not sanded smooth or primed before a very thin and uneven coat of paint was sprayed on the bare drywall. We sanded and repainted every single wall ourselves. Half-way through the project, we sent an email to CDS outlining the remaining items to be completed and/or corrected. They replied, in part: "... we are not preforming up your standards ... find another contractor..." We did. We have photos and video clips of CDS's poor workmanship to backup this review.
