I bought my GMC Yukon two and a half years ago from Randy Curnow in Cameron. My buying experience…read morewas wonderful, but I'm writing this review because my experience with the service department has been fantastic over this entire time. When I take my car in for routine maintenance, I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of me to get extra work done that I've seen in the past with other dealers. They are honest, and I trust that when they tell me I need something done, I do. I took my vehicle in for a recall update (which they reached out on to schedule) and they found a slow leak in one of my tires and repaired it without charge. I will continue to bring business to them. Hayden and Jake do the best job as advisors in that department. Thanks, guys!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I will not do business here again. Yes, I bought a Ford Explorer…read moreat this GMC, Chevy dealer. They put me and my family in an unsafe situation and upon returning the car to 'make it right' they only allowed a trade. Then tried to not even cover my loan or give me the $10,000 I put down on the car (only got the loan covered). I am still out money and I only had this car for 3 months-used with 16,000 mi. A noise started and it should have still been under manufacturers warranty, but upon the dealership look over to find and fix the problem, more problems appeared and ultimately deemed unsafe to drive. Things you wouldn't have just noticed with a naked eye if you don't know a lot about mechanics, things that were never noted on the Carfax, things that this dealership said they checked-which they obviously didn't. This car had a complete engine replaced and a lot of things were not correctly replaced or where they should be or connected at all...upon further investigation I found information on the carfax that wasn't there 3 months earlier - long block- you bet your ass I wouldn't have bought this car if I knew that, Ford will not cover this shotty work which was also done at a ford dealership! But to top it off, I truly believe this dealership, Randy Curnow knew some of these things when they sold me the car. I know I had it for 3 months, but if something had happened to me or my family in this car, you would have been paying a whole lot more! I am disgusted, I am disappointed, and you put me in a financial rut and I also was without a car for nearly two weeks trying to figure all of this out. But I can tell you this, if this was your family, you would not be okay with this outcome either. There is way more to this whole situation, but this is a little jist of the story. Randy Curnow swore Pettijohn Ford was going to fix it and have it covered by warranty even though another Ford dealer wouldn't and it had been noted in the ford database of the issues and that warranty would not cover it... check the Carfax people, and even call ford, because I promise you this car was not fixed! DO NOT BUY THE 2024 FORD EXPLORER THEY CURRENTLY HAVE FOR SALE AT THIS DEALERSHIP. VIN 1FMSK8DHXRGA03540-THEY DIDN'T EVEN DO ANYTHING TO FIX THE PROBLEMS ACCORDING TO THE CURRENT CARFAX AND FORD. IT IS NOT SAFE! And I do not want someone else to go through what I had to.

This business is 100% a scam!!! Took my box truck to this shop get an estimate. I called twice to…read moreask if ok to bring in to have it looked at for an ESTIMATE! Never was I told during these 2 phone calls that there would be a charge for looking at my truck nor anything about storage fees if I did not get the work done there. So, I took my truck jn. They called and said they lost my paper work and since I had my phone number on my for sale sign on the box truck they were able to call me. They told me it would be $70 to fix the ABS issue. Again never told about a storage fee or fee to look at my truck. When we spoke again I was then told not sure how much it would be to fix it. I called the next day and the technician that had been looking at my my truck was supposedly out on a tow and I was told he would call me back when he got back to the shop. The technician never called back. So the next day I went in to pick up my truck and was charged $143.00, since they took off the $300.00 in storage fees. No work or parts were done on my truck and I never received an estimate that I had to pay $143.00 for. When asked what this was for I was told it was to look at my truck and since not getting work done there I was charged a storage fee. Again this was never brought to my attention of storage fees or fee to look at my vehicle that I brought in (not towed) for an estimate! These people waited to call me and never said their fees, knowing they would charge me everyday my truck was at their business. This business is a scam and no one should trust them!!! There is also a complaint on the BBB for the exact same thing and also a lot of 1 star reviews with the same issue. We did call the sheriff, but was told it was a civil matter. But the first words out of the sheriff's mouth was "is it because of the storage fees?" I knew exactly this isn't the first time they have done this to customers. After we paid we started to leave but we had no keys, so we turned around and asked if there were fees to get my keys. They then told me to "get the F out of their shop and don't come back." I replied, "Do you really think I would come back to this place?" As we were leaving out of the shop my wife and I were surrounded by 5 plus people and he continued to call all the mechanics out of the shop. I asked if all of them were going to beat my wife and me up in front of our children in the car? They then told me my keys were in the truck we then left. We as customers should have the ability to choose where and who we want working on our truck. We should not have to pay more than the repair and +100.00/day for outdoor storage and $300.00 for indoor storage, if you decide to not go through with the work at their shop and to go to different shop.

Initially they quoted me a price and then called another day with another to the point where the bill went from over $5,000.00 to over $6,000.00 dollars and supposedly that was just only for parts. However, I was told the parts would take a week to ship or receive. It got to over $10,000.00 and I said no because they only took off one wheel the first day and ordered parts they thought was needed to do the job. I told them to prepare my vehicle so I can have it towed back to Omaha as I was headed South for a week. It cost me $1,500.00 for towing to Omaha and asked them to place parts in my vehicle for towing. I had to pay an additional $1,658.78 for them to release my vehicle. I was told they need to know soon of the tow because there may be storage fees assessed. What a scam and be aware if you must frequent this shop. I would like for the owner to respond because I tried to rectify this problem but he pushed it off to his shop person who failed to call. That's enough and I think they owe me funds from all the false charges!
