What an absolute waste of time and money. My husband scheduled an appointment with them over two…read moreweeks ago. He obtained a rental car and dropped his truck off the day before his appointment to ensure it was ready for them the morning of his appointment. Not only did they not get it get to it the day of his appointment, but they also didn't get to his truck the day after his appointment. They also didn't bother to call him and let him know the status of the situation at any time. So he was without his truck for three days, had to rent a rental car, had to obtain an Uber drive and now he's out over $100 and they never even got to his GMC Denali truck. What a way to lose a future sale from fellow Augusta residents and business owners. Why even have appointments scheduled if you're running 48 hours behind on service and still aren't getting to it before the weekend?!

When I tried to explain this to the service manager he told me the way I was speaking I wasn't going to get any help. I didn't yell, or say anything mean I just asked for him to let me speak. ( my daughter 11 mos old, was sleeping in the car). VW I think in general is a mistake and this Augusta location is terrible, we should have stuck with Charlies.

Make that make sense. A salesman answers calls for service and gives you a quote? Then when alignment is scheduled, says they can't do it because the bolts to the control arm are warped and it's now a liability to the service department if it breaks. Isn't any work you perform in service a liability??? Called Capital City next door to see if they could do it and they said let me guess, you just came from Oconnors and they are notorious for doing that. Spent over $2100 at Oconnors and will never go back or refer them. Poor customer service.

Charlie's has a number of dealerships so if Subaru is not your cup of tea and you're looking for a vehicle, I would check to see whether Charlie's sells that vehicle. Excellent customer service ! We showed up to look at a specific vehicle when we got to the dealer no one came out for a solid 20 minutes. We called the number to the Mitsubishi dealer and was hung up on. No worries people are busy I understood this. We went to the Subaru dealer to find help we were greeted by a friendly salesman who was helpful but we decided not to go with the vehicle presented. We asked the manger if there were any lease specials on other brands when we were told " you would have to go to each dealer individually and ask as they only deal with Subaru". Didn't understand this since it's all Charlie's but again I understood. this was now a hour and half of my time. We finally found the vehicle we went there for where I was met but a salesman named Colby who began to yell at me while I was talking. He told me the vehicle was on hold even though we were told the vehicle was available literally 3 minutes prior. I walked away and went to the main dealer next to Toyota. The salesman here was FANTASTIC! We had explained we had received offers for our vehicle elsewhere and we were told previously they would match this. after we found the vehicle to work numbers on they came in 4k below the trade in price they said they could match 3 weeks earlier!!!!! The guy who came over with the numbers was almost put off after I told him this and said we're all in.... This turned out to be a 5 hour process and a huge waste of time. When asked to run numbers in another vehicle he said well call you later today or Monday really it takes that long to run numbers through a bank? I have never experienced this at any other dealer ever. In the mean time he's next to us telling another customer we want this deal done today and we'll work with you and make it quick. Seriously? Worst dealer and experience ever!!!

However, the general manager at Paul Bloudin assured me they could have fixed this issue as they have with other customers. Fast forward a couple weeks it developed a whining noise around the bell housing area and a significant vibration around 20mph and continues to get worse as the speed increases. At highway speeds it's severe. I brought the truck in for service on 8/27/26 and was told both the seat and whining noise was normal and they rebalanced my tires. All of which did NOTHING to remedy the issues. The service writer said "it's an F350 it's going to ride hard and make noises. Absolute bullshit, it will be going to another dealer from now on.
