There is a lot of variance in the quality of street food carts in Chicago A few years ago there where over 2000. So this cart would fit right in certain parts of that town. Even beside Chicago's main bus depot. The first thing I noticed was the price, $3.00. Not bad since I noticed that my bun was taken directly from a Kroger's "value bun" package. I chose an all beef dog; "it" was larger than the "value bun". My chief, who prepared it, was (the young man) in my pictures. I would advise the owner (the young man's mother) to go to the most expensive place in town. Buy a couple of bags of "buns". Then keep them and fill them up with "value buns", this is the power of psychology that chain restaurants use.

Everything was delicious! The goat was so good we found or selves almost licking the plate (the styrofoam containers).
