He's an expert that will not disappoint, and he's fairly priced. === The long story === Bo has done work for me over many years. Each time, I was impressed. He's amazingly detailed and organized. He's timely, skilled, and fair. My experiences were fantastic. The outcomes always met and usually exceeded expectations. He has become my trusted advisor. Bo developed his chops in construction, and has done home improvement. He's an amazing carpenter. He refinishes furniture. He does project and design work. He knows wood, masonry, concrete, plumbing, roofing, HVAC, and electric. He only does work he can do well, and never oversells. He delivers on time and on schedule. During the process, Bo went step by step, combing through every detail of the home. There were even things that were code items that we received pushback for which was able to be corrected with the strong knowledge base that comes with experience. Also, the builder required the inspection company to have $1Million in insurance coverage. This typically is to push unassuming home buyers to not do a proper inspection and "trust" the builder.
