Bumper Buddies is a solid mobile wheel repair shop. I imagine they offer more services but for me…read morethey repaired to wheels that had been damaged by potholes and curbs. Their tech Esteban did an amazing job and was great and communicating throughout. The wheels came out looking brand new In very please with the final result. The owner Vic stands behind his companies work and is a very reputable and straight forward. There was an issue with Toyota and their warranty and rather than harass or get angry with me they completed the job to perfection. I can't say enough about the integrity of this business and Esteban the tech was 2nd to none. If you need to use Bumper Buddies for and repairs you should choose them without hesitation!

This photo was what I submitted when requesting a mobile repair quote, and the damage is centered…read moreon the reflector itself, along with dents above and below it. The repair quote I received did not specifically exclude the reflector repair, and it included a charge for "additional materials." Because of that, I reasonably believed the visible reflector damage was included as part of the repair. When I called the office before making the appointment, they didn't tell me that the reflector itself will not be fixed. When the technician arrived, he informed me that they could only repair the dents above and below the reflector, and that the damaged reflector itself was not included. When I called Bumper Buddies for clarification, I was told that because I, as the customer, did not specifically request reflector repair, it was not included in the quote even though the dents directly above and below the reflector were included. As a customer, I relied on professionals' expertise to evaluate the photos and provide an accurate estimate. If a major visible part of the damage was not included, that should have been communicated with the customer or clearly stated in the quote rather than assumed to be excluded. It's not unreasonable for customer to expect the communication of "hey, I see your reflector was also damaged, but we cannot fix the reflector itself, but we can fix the dent above and below it". The repair quote may have matched their internal interpretation of the estimate, but it did not match a customer's reasonable expectation based on the photos submitted. During my follow-up call with Nick, he repeatedly stated that it's a "communication error" and the quote did not include reflector replacement because I had not specifically requested it. That explanation raised even more concerns for me. As a customer, I relied on their expertise to identify and quote the visible damage shown in the photos. I should not be expected to name every individual damaged part or anticipate every technical detail in order to receive an accurate quote. If I had the professional knowledge to identify every repair item myself, I likely would not have needed their service in the first place. That is exactly why I turned to them for an estimate. Based on this experience, I would not feel confident on any future estimates from them unless every single item is spelled out in writing beforehand.

Jeff was quick to provide an estimate over the weekend and his team got the job done quickly. Will definitely be back for any future repairs.

The service here is A++. I had a friend paint some side skirts for me, but when I got them back,…read morethey had quite a bit of orange peel and needed to be cut and buffed. I contacted Daniel, and he was great to work with from the start. His pricing was fair, the turnaround time was reasonable, and he made the entire process stress-free. I had called several shops, and most of them wanted to repaint the side skirts completely. Daniel was one of the few who was confident they could correct the finish with a cut and buff, and the results exceeded my expectations. When I mentioned that I still needed the side skirts installed, Daniel let me know his team could handle that as well. After the cut and buff was completed, I brought my NSX in for the installation. Just as we were backing the car into the shop, it suddenly started leaking coolant everywhere. The team immediately jumped into action, cleaned up the coolant, rolled out wheel dollies, and carefully moved the car inside so it could cool down while they completed the installation. Daniel and Team even went the extra mile by calling around to find a replacement cap and topping off the coolant for me. Unfortunately, the cap didn't fit my aftermarket reservoir, but I appreciated the effort. After the installation, the installer noticed my reservoir cap looked secure but wasn't fully locked down. He sinched the locking mechanism properly, and the coolant leak did not return on the ride home. The quality of the work was outstanding, but what really impressed me was the customer service. The team went above and beyond to help with an unexpected problem, and that's the kind of service you don't see every day. I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend this shop to anyone

Lawrence Rhee General Manager, approached me and said it is relatively minor damage and that he could fix it right there. He gently pushed against the fender until the crease went away and pulled the bumper edge outward until it lined up flush against the fender. He did some other work quickly and finished after I came back from lunch. I couldn't believe my eyes! I got three other quotes up to $2600 requiring to replace the bumper and paint the fender to match! The car is over 5 years old but the entire body is in great shape. I wasn't looking for a perfect repair. Lawrence at the start asked if I wanted a perfect restoration or something reasonable. I definitely wanted something reasonable because I didn't want to go through my insurance company for an aging car. After he finished the repair, you can't even notice any damage. I wish more body shops were more honest like Signature Auto body. It was fixed free of charge and I am so grateful! It's so hard to find an autobody shop that is so reliable, so honest and so nice. I definitely would recommend Signature Autobody to everyone! Good and honest people still exist. A business like this is hard to find because as a woman, I always feel like I get rip off since I do not know much about cars and it's maintenance.
