Imagine... if you will: you call this company from another…read morestate to make an appointment to unload a 26 foot Uhaul truck. You inform this company you are disabled and have one arm in a sling from surgery on a torn rotator cuff. The appointment was set for a certain time on a certain date. You arrive the night before at a hotel in the move to town and call(during regular business hours) to confirm the appointment. All is set and confirmed. You remind them that you can not lift a thing and that you had surgery 3 weeks prior on a torn rotator cuff. They reassured that they would be there. The next morning, you arrive 20 minutes early to the new home. Wait...wait...wait more. 5 minutes after the show time, you call. It immediately goes to voicemail. You wait 10 minutes and call again...voicemail. ok this might happen. You wait 10 more minutes and call again...VOICEMAIL AGAIN. This goes on for 2-3 more times....voicemail. Now, you realize they are avoiding you. They let down a handicapped client! REALLY! So, now I call other local moving companies to get a last minute hire, and they want up to 4x standard rates. I really can't afford that. So, I took off my sling and joined in with my helper. We got the job don, but it took us twice as long to get the job done. Now, when I get home, I have to go back to my doctor as I think I re-tore my rotator cuff. IF I COULD, I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A MINUS 5. They should rename their company to "-5 star moving". !!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM....not to even deliver pizza!!!!

I arranged pick up after having to TELL FEDex that they had my item sitting in their warehouse for multiple weeks. then they scheduled dates then just didn't show up. blaming weather at first and then me after they almost lost my $5000+ item. Today another package will be shipped back to the seller after this local FedEx failed to attempt delivery twice, lied to me and then refused to let me pick it up at a local pick up location. After trying to charge me another $5.99 to schedule a delivery next week, They told me to drive nearly 100 miles to pick up my small package from a Walgreens. I hope you don't use FedEx in the future. UPS and DHL have no issues helping their customers and delivering us our packages!

Worst business I have ever encountered…read more My wife brought my wedding suit, her wedding dress and several other items to this place to have them professionally dry cleaned and preserved. They absolutely destroyed my suit. The leather pieces are completely gone, the suit appears stretched in the front and is no longer crisp. I think they ran it through an industrial washing machine vs dry cleaning it like we paid for. It's beyond repair. They also destroyed my wife's jacket. All the rhinestones are gone. It appears they ran this through a washing machine too instead of dry cleaning. Both items are ruined. We paid them over $1000 to handle all our items. They never disclosed the damage to us. There's no way they didn't see it. They told my wife they take before and after pictures of everyone but strangly they refused to show them to us. They accused my wife of "bringing the items in already damaged." This is the wost service we have ever experienced. They have made zero effort to resolve this issue and have not contacted us back at all. Do not use them.
