I am new to the area, so I did not realize this was happening. The girl there told me this happens two to three times a day where people come to the wrong location. I immediately called the other location to let them know we're going to be late. They said it was fine, we will just lose the time we are late, which was about ten minutes. When we got there, we requested if we could fill out their questionnaire after the treatment. They told us we had to fill out everything out front. Once we filled out everything they said we only had 10 minutes left for the treatment. We asked if they could make an exception since two of us were visiting from Germany. They said they had customers immediately after our appointment. Therefore, we decided not to even take advantage of the treatments. We were charged 50% of the price. I asked for a receipt. The girl said she couldn't print a receipt because the account is already closed out. So we left the place and waited outside to see if they actually had any new customers come in. They had one customer come in 20 minutes after our appointment was over. I know part of this ordeal was my fault, but the way we were treated was very unprofessional and rude. I will not recommend this place to anybody. I have to say the other place where we went by accident, the lady was very nice and professional.

Since it was my first time here, I had to come in a little early and was greeted as soon as I walked in. My massage started right on time and my masseuse asked me what areas I wanted her to focus on. She did a great job, just the right amount of pressure and I added hot stones and it allowed her to really work the knots in my neck and back. My massage was so good, I went ahead and signed up for monthly massages. I want to continue to give myself self care. I'm worth it. I also appreciate that they have a rewards program that will keep the massages affordable. Can't wait until next month!

Reading the room, and having worked 10 years in a 6 MD office i was meant to be entertainment for what i was dealing with. I chose differently. The young PA rolled up to my face, no instrument in hand as her dictated notes stated and told me i had Rosacea. I thanked her for her time and when asked if i wanted a prescription, I declined, preferring to have my prescription through my primary care, the health care there I respected and wanting no further dealing with this Burleson office. I returned a week later for all my records...and saw that Nothing dictated actually took place. There was No DERMASCOPE USED, NO COUNSELING. My visit lasted 4 minutes at most. The attitude from the young Trio was unacceptable and unprofessional. I would never refer anyone to this practice. I notified my insurance and called the office manager. Silence will not bring improvements. This visit was not in keeping with the professionalism of Dr Jeanine Hoang.

She is very personable and has a quiet passion for beauty and aesthetics. I had not planned on getting neurotoxins today but her approach immediately put me at ease and gave me confidence in her knowledge and ability! We spent 20 minutes discussing the pros and cons of different products and she thoroughly answered my questions and offered answers for my concerns. She was careful and gentle when injecting. No bruising that I can see. She suggested a certain number of units and it was almost the exact same number as my previous injector. That told me she has integrity and I can trust her to address my wants and needs versus her desire to "sell" me more than I felt I needed. She was very forthcoming about what she uses which was refreshing! Honesty and integrity! She also scheduled a follow up for 14 days to see how I do. In the 15 years I have been getting various procedures done, not one dermatologist, or injector has ever done that! Can I just say in I will be recommending her to everyone I know! I can't wait to see the full results over the next few days!

I had brow lamination done, which was a life saver for my now sparse brows. Thank you menopause! It took a day for my brows to be perfect. They look a little bold at first but that is to be expected. She was very knowledgeable about the treatment and answered my questions and assured me the brows would look great. They do!! I recently tried a down there facial with my Brazilian.
