No, You Police Didn't. I hate to do this. Because I know it's a tough job and doesn't pay as well as some people think. But I can only go off personal experience (without getting into what the NYPD did on Staten Island to that guy outside the store). Firstly, when I was on tour, an NYPD officer stalked me in Queens. He called a tow truck without telling me. It hooked up to my car while I was sitting in it, parked. They said if I didn't pay them $800 on the spot, they'd tow my car with all my belongings and music equipment in it. Luckily I happened to have the cash, they cleaned me out. All this because the person who had registered and then given the car to me, had 2 outstanding NYC parking tickets that they did not even remember, from 7 years earlier. Over 7 years the $200 or so turned into $800. You may say, fair enough. I say, obscene and extortion. Secondly, they sit around Union Square and other tourist spots ticketing everyone that comes along, no seatbelt, something sparkly hanging from the rearview, brake light out, you name it, here's a $100 ticket. Charming. As if people in NYC don't already have to pay enough to live there. I've been caught by this crap a few times. The tickets are obscenely overpriced. All this while people are getting stabbed, shot, and beaten up on deserted blocks in the Bronx or Queens. Speaking of which, thirdly, I recently rescued a girl who was being beaten up by thugs, and used my car as a sort of weapon to threaten the thugs into giving back her purse, too. After the thugs fled, it turned out a police officer had been watching the entire thing happen, and did nothing. Because he was transporting a prisoner, who was locked up in the back of his van. But his van had been stationary at the time, and even though it's against the rules, sometimes following the rules is the worst way to help the public. Anyway, my negative experiences with NYPD continue. I hope they improve someday. And I hope that while I am in NYC I meet a Nice Young Persian Dude. Oh wait, maybe that's me.

This was me, as an nypd recruiter that was forced off the job based on lies.

*MUST READ**** Please watch the channel 7 news story on what nypd Dr. Henry did! Here is the link: https://youtu.be/0Ekl9AwPNrg I worked as an NYPD cop for 18 years. I was a recruiter for 10. My main goal in life was to help as many people as I can. I cared immensely for the people of the communities I served. I used discretion when I saw fit and I did not see the community as an enemy, rather as an ally. The NYPD did not like that. So they found a way to get me out. All I needed was 2 years to retire and they stopped me from reaching my goal and ruined my financial and emotional life. It all started when I was sent to the NYPD Medical division. I saw a real nasty doctor, Dr. Henry, for a minor shoulder injury I had. While I was waiting in the lobby, he heard me talking to my wife on the phone in Spanish. When he called me in to his office, His first question to me was "how does a guy with the last name Hamilton speak Spanish?" When I told him I have a spanish backround his demeanor changed. He then began asking me about an unrelated previous Hip resurface surgery I had 3 years prior. A surgery I was already signed off by variois NYPD Medical Doctors, and cleared to go back to work at full duty capacity for 3 years, and did so successfully. Even received a medal for arresting 3 armed robbers some 10 months after the hip resurfacing. Check out this video of my recent workouts: https://youtu.be/k6XsOquJeTU He then submitted paperwork to begin forcing me off my beloved career and to retire me based on hip resurfacing statistics, without ever examining me or personally assessing me to make his own justified determination that I was in any way disabled as he later labeled me. To remind you all I was already cleared and signed off for the hip for years. I worked as a recruiter for the 10 of my 18 years where I encountered maybe 1 dangerous confrontation which means I had very low chance of facing any dangerous situations, if I were at all even close to what this imbecile doctor was trying to label me. When I realized what he was contemplating, I got emotional. I begged him, saying I have 18 years on this job, I'm in phenomenal shape, and all I need is 2 years to get to my full pension. If he proceeds to kick me off early I would lose a substantial amount of hard earned pension. (Although, I had intentions to work many more years). I told him this will ruin my life financially, and emotionally. I also said I am a single income family with a pregnant wife and a young child. He patted me on the back and said "don't lose sleep over this, you don't seem like a dumb guy, you will find another job". He then closed the door, and I never heard from him again. He reported my alleged disability, as a danger to the public. Mind you I had recently ran 11 mile spartan race, I competed, and won an nypd sanctioned boxing match just 6 months after he began the process to terminate me. By the way the night of the NYPD boxing match, sanctioned by USA boxing, I had to be examined by a doctor. Which happened to be an NYPD honorary doc as well! I was thoroughly examined and, I passed the strict USA boxing medical standards, and was cleared to fight. I beat a 22 year old kid, I was 40 at the time. Tell me how I am a Danger to the public again? I was finally sent to a so-called "independent" medical board for final determination, a few months after winning the fight. Ironically, I caught them lying as well. Thank God for electronic devices *wink*! If you need some clarification, just visit my youtube channel, G hamm@ youtube. Now I am losing thousands of dollars monthly off my pension and struggling to stay above water. I need to reiterate all I needed was 2 years to get to my full retirement. In order to be a recruiter you have to be clean as whistle. Imagine if this is what they do to someone that never got in trouble, and followed all the rules, imagine what they do if they don't like you! Let me also tell you about the disgusting campaign of harrassment I received. Read this article from NY post: https://nypost.com/2019/04/10/ex-nypd-cop-was-bullied-by-co-workers-fired-over-hip-surgery-suit/ It was a nightmare I tell you! This is what they do.. I feel for the people of the community and trust me I have many recordings that prove there were many lies involved as well.

21:22 hours, 2/17/12, turned her siren on so that my cab driver would run a red light, so that she could get ahead of us.

Dear NYPD, Thank you for keeping the streets safe. When I come up from the subway at night I feel much safer once I see you. Although, I wish you would tuck in your shirt, and maybe get a uniform that fits a little better. And stand up straight. Most of you are ok, but, I hear a couple of you have been raping women. What's up with that? That's totally un-coply like behavior. *disgusted Also, you really shouldn't run red lights. I see you do it all the time. I also see you driving in the fast lane on the BQE, and if somebody gets in your way, you turn on your siren to get them to change lanes. Strange behavior. Taking privileges. I see things like this all the time. You don't really set the example. You're getting corrupt. You don't leave anything much to be respected. Your cop cars are always dirty. Your clothes never fit. You're raping women... I really don't know what else to say about you. Those NYPD cops out there that have morals, always conduct themselves in a way that upholds the law, look and act in a professional manner- thank you. And I know there aren't very many of you out there- but your services are very much appreciated. Thank you for setting the example for your colleagues and the rest of us civillians.

Thus my name FreeBird. I try my best to keep the law because of my fear. I thank the police every chance I get these days. We lost 9 to suicide this year. I'm grateful every day that they take the job. They are so very very underpaid! Thank you NYPD. My heart and prayers go with you.

I was walking from the NE side to the NW intersection and the police car was making a left turn onto 3rd. At an accelerated speed the police car came barreling into the intersection like it was actively trying to run me over. The driver appeared to have no patience and actually sped up as it was turning in the intersection (with me in the middle of it). After nearly missing me the car managed to drive only about 20 feet onto 3rd Avenue before it got stuck in traffic that was backed up from the red light at 66th down to nearly 65th. What was the rush? Eager to run over residents of your precinct?

He stole my laptop, docking-station, monitor, keyboard and mouse... but forgot the battery or the power supply. Then he went through everything else looking for valuables. A couple of cameras, some small stuff. An ice cream container from Buckingham Palace filled with British coins. I called 911 from my doorway. My door was open when I got home. I looked into my apartment, and my monitor was gone. I pulled out my Blackberry and called 911 for the first (and hopefully last) time in my life. The operator stayed on the phone with me was I walked from room to room. She was great. My bedroom looked like a cyclone hit it, and my Teddy Bear was crumpled under broken glass. The thief left the light on in my bathroom. I was very angry. Soon enough, a cruiser pulled up with two patrol officers. They were very professional and kind. I was still very angry. When we were walking through my bedroom, assessing the damage, one asked in a concerned tone "Is it usually this messy?" I resisted the urge to slap him, but then realized that these people see the worst of society on a daily basis. I said "No. I made my bed this morning before I left." As we filled out paperwork, their supervisors came. Three plainclothes officers, who were also very kind and they listened to my anger. I was advised not to touch anything until forensics came. I wanted a drink, and one officer suggested that I just wear gloves and have a drink. I couldn't do it. I sat in my chair and never took of my coat. At 11, a detective came to let me know that forensics would come in the morning. I slept in the sofa that night - still angry, I pulled some spare pillows from the closet, and my emergency heater and I closed the door to the bedroom. I slept well, anger is exhausting. In the morning a team of forensic officers came. They got a footprint from my pillow (size 12 boots - just like the guy upstairs) and a print from my desk. I was fingerprinted to rule out my own prints, and after they talked with me for a while, they left and I started cleaning. That evening, the detective who is handling the case came to visit me. He had called a few times during the day, and when he and his partner arrived, I felt like I knew them already. This is just a brief sketch of what transpired over my Friday and Saturday. The upshot is, the police were AMAZING. I'm sorry that they ever had to come into my life, and my stuff is gone. It may be a miracle that I can get it back, but my computer was password protected, the majority of my stuff was backed up using dropbox, and x-marks. Yeah, it's going to cost me some money (I don't have renter's insurance). If you stumbled across this review, take a moment and think about how your life would be affected by a robbery. Make a list of your stuff and their serial numbers. (you might on a long shot get your stuff back). Some of my digital pictures are gone forever. But the majority were saved. I'll update this if the NYPD come through with finding my stuff - but until then, life goes on.... My life has officially become a cautionary tale....
