I love this place so much. The owner is an amazing collage…read moreartist & she has a charming Antique store . She also celebrates other local artists and has their creative offerings as well! I stop by to pick up some of these collage cards. They always are thought-provoking whimsical, and slopping over with charms . Plus, you're brightening somebody's day with this... And I believe it has artistic merit and you're sending a smile through the mail. A friend of mine gets cancer so often... And I try to distract her with cheerful things. Collage cards make me smile. There's a big chalkboard behind with some great outlook on life quote. ;) I just adore the store and I wish I lived in the area again... but I definitely get to visit the area bunch and I'm thrilled to stop in. I'm happy to sing it praises cause it's pretty wonderful . High on my list . It's definitely the gem of the county.

I am thoroughly disappointed with my experience from the Hackettstown, New Jersey location today…read more I ordered an ottoman for in store pickup (that was in stock online). One hour and 20 minutes later I receive a notification letting me know that the item was out of stock. This is inconvenient of course, but understandable. I called the location because I had used a coupon on that item that expires and I was wondering what other options there were for me to get that item since it is sold out online and all the locations within an hour of me. The first woman I spoke to was very understanding and helpful... other than the fact she left me on a "brief" hold for over 40 minutes!!! I hung up the phone and called back 4 times until someone picked up. I explained the situation and the man could not have been more unprofessional, it was like he had never taken a phone call before. I asked for advice on what I should do to get the item and he replies "well, uh, what do you mean help you?" I also explained that the lady told me she would check with a colleague if she could honor my item and / or coupon and the man replied "uh what lady." I then had to ask if I could speak with someone else about this and he replied "uh there's nobody else here." I am super frustrated that not only did my item get canceled causing a inconvenience for me, but they also wasted 2h+ of my time!!! Below will be screenshots with time stamps!

Their prices are reasonably competitive, and the shelves are consistently well stocked, which makes planning and shopping much easier. Is the layout counterintuitive? Absolutely. Is it annoying to have to use a quarter to get a cart? Definitely. But the staff more than make up for these quirks. The team is friendly and genuinely helpful across the board--the produce section, deli counter, fresh fish area, the kind cashiers, and especially the amazing butcher team. They seem happy to be here and happy to help, and that energy really comes through. The icing on the cake is the other shoppers. People are respectful with their carts, offer a smile as they pass, and do small, gracious things--like letting someone with two items go ahead of their overflowing cart. It all adds up to a place that simply feels good to shop in. As Maya Angelou said, "People will never forget how you made them feel," and that's exactly why I keep coming back to this store.

You ask a question and they don't even look up to acknowledge you. The deli is the worse with half hour waits because workers are elderly and extremely slow. Employees watching self-checkout are rude and obnoxious with not a clue how to do a rain check. Mgmt doesn't seem to care about any of this. I could go on forever about how customer service is nonexistent here. The one star is for evening employees who are very helpful and don't have an attitude problem.

She has a few websites alert her whenever our kids formula shows up on shelves. She ordered a few from a few Walmart's across northern NJ. Then one day. We did it! We went to like 6 all over the place to pick it 1-2 at each of them... For those of you that do not know, there is a massive formula shortage across the US. A plant somewhere was forced to shut down due to 2 kids dying from the formula made there or something. Every parent went crazy, over bought like crazy. Our president then sent millions of cans of formula to the border to share with Mexico for some reason... While kids here could not eat... But I digress. We had a pickup time of 1 PM or something. We show up a few minutes early, we go shopping in the store and pickup other ods and ends that we needed. Some baked goods for my older child. All of the sudden like 1:15, Walmart calls us asking us where we were? We were in the store... This is the one and only Walmart that called us ever to see if we were picking up our order. Weird.... I can see if we ordered it and 2 weeks or something crazy later decided to pick it up, but we had 3 days from when it was delivered... Just weird... Other than that, it is just like every other Walmart, cheap and huge. They have everything that you need! All in all, a nice Walmart, crazy out of the way. Staff is ok, 4 stars because they called us for no reason...

A plus there is a connected card and gift shop which is inside the pharmacy store in an adjacent room as big as the pharmacy section itself. The parking is more than ample. The pharmacy has changed hands over 25 years and the service is better than ever. Unfortunately my insurance only covers big box chain pharmacies! Oh yes the prices are fair and reasonable.
