In October 2018, I purchased a brand-new Nissan Rogue. A month later, I was rear-ended twice in Albany, NY. My bumper completely fell off, the back sides were damaged and my rear tire was blown out. I was devastated at the state of my car and was worried it would never look the same. My attorney worked close with Wilson for many years and recommended that I get my car fixed at NYC Wreck-A-Mended. This was my first accident so naturally I was anxious about the process. During my first phone call with Wilson, he demonstrated his professionalism and dedication. From the very start, Wilson ensured that he would fight for me and ensure that I'd get all new parts and my car would be new again. The next day he towed the car from Albany to Queens. Throughout the process, I called Wilson about multiple times a day, filled with questions and concerns. Wilson and his staff were consistently patient, honest and understanding. The customer service was outstanding, the only thing I did was wait. Wilson and his team took care of the insurance calls and updated me periodically. When the process took longer than expected (certain parts were difficult to obtain), Wilson ensured I'd have a car to get back to work. Wilson worked with the local Enterprise and took care of my rental. When I went to pick up the rental via Lyft, Wilson reimbursed me and when I returned the car, Enterprise gave me a ride to the body shop. When I came to pick up my car, the receptionist, I think her name was Alicia (?), was extremely friendly and informative. When I saw my car, I was shocked. You couldn't tell there were any damages, it transformed into a brand new car. Everything inside the car was accounted for and I was given some touch-up paint in case of future dings/dents. Overall it's apparent that Wilson and his team are committed to their clients and they're accomplished in their work. Wilson's strong connections support this business, and it's evident that this body shop is extremely qualified. Second time coming here for an exhaust job. First time I got a custom exhaust done and the job was left slightly unfinished. Was recommended by a friend and definitely was worth it. After stopping at a shop who said there was nothing that could be done that was clearly a lie. The gentleman here took care of the bouncing exhaust pipe in about an hour at a reasonable cost ($80). Came back today to install a custom resonator and the job was done perfect again. Will recommend anyone to come here! read more

Wow!!! Truly impressed with this shop. My 2015 scat pack was side swiped while parked and being that i truly enjoy this car i was saddened by the fact that i would never look the same. I took my car to NYCWRECKENDED and oo boy was this experience superb. Wilson along side Eric took care of everything. They took ownership of the whole process, I barely did a thing. They had me in a rental and explained everything. Not only that they over achieved the time frame and delivered a flawless finish product that i fell in love with. They didn't make the correct repairs to my car but did charge my insurance for the repairs and the parts. They also didn't get the new parts for my car but reuse the old parts but charge my insurance for the new parts. I brought in my car due to an accident and they made the repairs but there was a check engine light after I drove off. Thinking it was nothing serious I brought it to the Volkswagen service to get it checked on. It was Evap canister due to the accident and bracket was also broken. In other words WRECK A Mended did not replace the old broken parts but charge my insurance. Since my insurance already paid I could not get the insurance and had to pay out of pocket which was around $600.00. Stay away from them. I got them as a recommendation through a accident lawyer and will complain to them not to use their service. read more

What can I say, I'll be seeking an attorney now that it's rained all night while my son's truck sat outside the NYC Wreck Mended collision Corp location with the passenger-side window down. Luckily it didn't completely fill with water since the driver's door was missing entirely, the photos taken before they rushed out to get it indoors before 7:30 am on Monday are really something to behold. What half-wit thought, with or without having noticed the forecast for rain days ahead of time, figured that leaving it exposed (no tarp, just wide open) would be a good idea is beyond me. In all honesty, the logic of disassembling a vehicle and spreading it around the outdoors and calling it a day, then going home for the weekend is absolutely breathtaking. The fact that my son works in brutal conditions to save up the money to provide these people with something to trash makes it all the worse. It's a shame that one star is as low as it goes read more
