I tried to organize a trip out East which ultimately, I had to cancel. Dana and Mike were incredibly understanding and professional. I didn't forget this and wanted to work with them the next chance I got. Fast forward to my bachelorette party April 2016, organized by my BFF/bridesmaids. Dana replied to emails promptly and eloquently. She was accommodating when we had to make changes. On the day of the party, Mike arrived right on time (to the meeting spot on Staten Island!) dressed professionally, and helpfully loaded the clean Mercedes Sprinter van with the cooler and gift bags. My friends had to stop to use the bathroom TWICE in the two hour trip, but Mike did not complain. He very happily found two restrooms for them to use. The vineyards themselves will be reviewed separately. Dana was at the first stop and set up our (pretty tasty) lunch. At our second vineyard, Richie took over for Mike as our driver/host. He was just as professional and helpful. Mike and Richie offered to take us to a third stop -a vodka place. They were mindful of our demographic. Mike, Richie and Dana, went out of their way to make this a great experience. I highly recommend this business. They helped to give me an amazing bachelorette party and I am grateful for that.

Dana was great by giving us different options that had an additional fee or even no additional cost if we were able to be flexible. Although we booked the winery, brewery, and lunch option...time got away from us and we seemed to skip the brewery but it was still a full day. The lunch was absolutely incredible! The farm stand was outstanding..we purchased some fruit, honey, and baked goods..the pie!!! The pie was life changing. Thom and Nicole were the perfect guides and the ride was blissful! Although there are no proper bike lanes I never felt unsafe and the drivers were very courteous. Rose Hill Winery was intimate and absolutely breathtaking with fabulous wines. We rented the hybrid bikes and I was a tad nervous (about the speed) but the bikes are very easy to control. I can't wait to do more tours with East End.

Our day started out rainy which they were prepared with ponchos (thankfully not needed) stops at stunning wineries where we had fun with trivia questions as well as fun facts... stopped at a picturesque beach to have an oil tasting paired with a delicious picnic lunch set up that was perfect...continued to an orchard to pick peaches that were amazing! Stopped at a gourmet chocolate shoppe where we purchased instagrammable chocolate. Steve made sure our purchases were kept cool in his car so we didn't have to lug anything around and our chocolates didn't melt because he stored them in a cooler. They thought of everything!!! The premier North Fork tour was perfect for us and we highly recommend it. Ended our tour with ice cold towels that my daughter expressed was a great touch to a long ride. Al always got back to me promptly. Our driver Pat was courteous, professional, accommodating and friendly. Our pick up was 10:30am. Pat arrived early and called to let us know but didn't rush us at all. He helped us with our bags, helped us into and out of the limo, etc as all good drivers should. There was water and a bottle of local wine in the limo. Once we got to the wineries he escorted us inside and got us all set up. At the second winery there were some stools set up instead of seats. Pat quickly went and got us some comfy chairs. He let us know what our timeline would be at each place and always arrived early but didn't rush us. Lunch was pretty good. Everyone liked their food. No complaints. We didn't like the third winery (our fault, Pat tried to politely inform us it wasn't his fave but didn't want to push us into not going and regretting it).
