No pirates, no yelling, or crazy driving- just good stuff, so I gave Big Mike a call- we had a blast just booking the round trip ride. Big Mike notified me Kevin would be driving my husband on the round trip. Good communication all the way from both! Each itinerary is customized, so for us more of a party atmosphere was desired and Gary did not disappoint - From the start he supplied us with morning mimosas for our ride out, followed by tastings at each winery. As an added bonus Vino Crawl even had their own personal cornhole and kan jam for our party to use! By the time we reached our second destination, a delicious spread of heroes and salad was laid out for us to dig into...all with a live band playing in the background (can't beat that). Everything was taken care of from transportation, to refreshments, to food..even photography! Along with being our own personal photographer, Gary was very attentive to everyone's needs (AKA: LOTS of rest stops). He even let us linger longer at the last vineyard when our time ran out, because no one wanted to leave! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a way to do LI winery's in style..all while getting the most of your experience from start to finish!

Had an absolutely great time being driven around Long Island on this rolling beer bus on Sunday!…read moreHow can you not love this? You have a great driver, Kevin, who is very knowledgeable, friendly, fun, and most of all patient to put up with all our drunken shenanigans during this past weekend's Yelp Beer Bus event. The bus itself is clean, comfortable, and has both a tv and dock for playing your Ipod's. It's a great way to get around and taste a lot of beer without having to worry about getting a DWI ! Kevin knows all the routes to some of the best local breweries, and is a big craft beer guy himself. They do many beer tasting events on LI and around the local NY area and have packages available for group trips, or shorter shuttles to the local brew tastings. Check out the website for upcoming beer events and rates. To me, it's totally worth the cost to enjoy a worry free, and safe day, rather than drinking and driving. We hit up Great South Bay, Long Ireland, and Port Jeff Brewing Company. That last stop in Port Jeff on a terrific spring day was just perfect to try some beers and then wander around the town for a bite to eat before heading back to the train station to drop us off. Kevin has a great little biz here that I wholeheartedly endorse. Also, between stops it pretty much became a beer fueled dance party bus with some moves going on that would put some strippers to shame! Yay beer!

His package price was competitive and the reviews were great. I corresponded with Al frequently leading up to the day of our winery tour as our group had a lot of questions. Al always got back to me promptly. Our driver Pat was courteous, professional, accommodating and friendly. Our pick up was 10:30am. Pat arrived early and called to let us know but didn't rush us at all. He helped us with our bags, helped us into and out of the limo, etc as all good drivers should. There was water and a bottle of local wine in the limo. Once we got to the wineries he escorted us inside and got us all set up. At the second winery there were some stools set up instead of seats. Pat quickly went and got us some comfy chairs. He let us know what our timeline would be at each place and always arrived early but didn't rush us. Lunch was pretty good. Everyone liked their food. No complaints. We didn't like the third winery (our fault, Pat tried to politely inform us it wasn't his fave but didn't want to push us into not going and regretting it). Pat was nice enough to pick us up early. All in all a great experience. I would definitely recommend LI Vino/VZ Limo to anyone.

Elegant Wine tours was the best activity for our friend's bachelorette party!…read more Charlie was our driver and was amazing (professional, vaccinated, funny, informative, punctual). Raquel was extremely accommodating during the planning process, even with all of our back and forth due to COVID planning. The actual vineyards have very strict restrictions on group size post-COVID (even now with NY open) so I would suggest keeping the group to 10 or less. We upgraded to the party bus and was worth it! One improvement I would've liked to see would have been options for dietary restrictions. Lunch was a veggie platter with dips, and Italian hero sandwiches. Our group had a vegan, gluten free, and dairy free folks so we brought our own snacks and they had some of the veggie platter. As a meat eater myself though, the food was great! Overall, definitely recommend booking Elegant for a wine tour.

For 8 people, I booked the Cabernet package which is a 7 hour tour with 3 stops and includes lunch, chips, cheese & fruit platter, water and soda. We also opt'd for the Riverhead Ciderhouse which is a $15 additional cost per person. Our driver, Ray, arrived 20 minutes before our scheduled pick-up time, which was great so we were able to leave exactly on-time. We were in a Lincoln Stretch Limo, my guess is that it is classified as a 10-12 person limo, with 8 people we were fine, but I think if we had a 9th person it would have been cramped. The limo was in great condition and on a 95 degree day, the AC kept us very comfortable. Ray was great, he was super personable and was happy to take tons of pictures of our group and carry coolers to and from the limo. He took great care of us. We had about an hour at each of the 3 stops; our travel time from our pick-up location was about 1.5 hours. First stop was Ciderhouse and was probably my favorite. It's a large and comfortable atmosphere. Next up was Duck Walk where we grabbed a table inside and Ray set-up our lunch. The sandwiches provided were good, but kind of on the small side. 1 of the 8 is gluten free so did not eat the sandwiches and the 7 of us had no issues finishing them off. The cheese and fruit platter was good. The last stop was at Pugliese which is mainly outside with some live music. We brought our snacks from the car in and had them with our wine. Nice vibe but on a super hot day it's a little uncomfortable. Overall we had a really great time and I would definitely do it again.
