His projected start date and end date were accurate. They kept the place tidy while they worked. They coordinated material delivery well. Vadim even returned extra leftover tile back to the store for me. They did some extra little things for no additional charge that were technically not in scope. Quality work. Overall, highly recommended!

Hired Chris for another job - some more painting, some drywall finishing (joint compound, sanding,…read morepriming), attic access panel, and refinishing some stairs. Everything about my initial review stands true - he is awesome to work with. Super communicative, punctual efficient, affordable, and high quality workmanship. We also had a small miscommunication that I thought was worth highlighting as the outcome was positive - after the quote process and once we already started work, we realized he thought I only need *one* stair re-finished rather than the whole staircase... However, he handled it perfectly - told me when he could be back to finish, and what the cost would be (clarifying that it wouldn't be the cost of the 1 stair x 13 more, thank god). Chris and his crew are a breath of fresh air in the home renovation space - I will undoubtedly be calling him again!

I will never use his company or his service ever again and suggest future customers beware.
