A cancer screening was being denied by my insurance multiple times my insurance called and radiology place called asking me to speak to my doctor for them to follow up. Over a month goes by and yet nothing from my doctor. So I call and I get Awilda on the phone. When asking for help and telling her how everyone needs to approval to come from the doctor she said we don't do that, laughed and gave me an attitude. She then proceeded to hang up on me. I couldn't believe this was a doctors office treating a patient asking for help like that. This was extremely childish behavior I don't understand how they hire people like that. They truely don't care about their patients to allow someone to treat people like that. They are supposed to be helpful and professional and at least do their jobs. Never had such horrible treatment from a doctors office. Now since I complained to the office manager they are referring me to a specialist. This is the 3rd specialist they are sending me to so I'm not really sure what they do in this practice. Will definitely be finding a different more professional and competent doctors office to go to. They don't care about their patients at all. Do not go waste your time with them. Very ghetto very unprofessional!
