Chris Kearney, PA-c ( very pleasant man) came and explained what was happening with my knees while Kayla set up injections for both knees. Chris assured me that he was the best at injections, he wasn't wrong! This place was amazing. From check-in to treatment, I couldnt be more pleased. OrthoSC took very good care of me. It should be noted that I'm from out of state. My visit was seamless and quick. I believe I was there less than an hour. Class cancellations & instructors constantly being subbed out so there is no consistency. I voiced an opinion on a policy change & was met with not one but two aggressively rude emails from a male front desk worker. After the first email, I asked him not to contact me again & he still did (harassment). A business should be able to take both negative & positive feedback & always strive to do better.

The shop was stripped of only a few basic items, the zesty colors were gone and replaced with cold mundane color. The warm, friendly atmosphere was gone. The woman at the counter didn't engage at all and didnt even look at us. I was shocked and had no words. The studio I knew was gone.

This Orvis is located in the Market Common which I really enjoyed walking around and seeing all the shops and restaurants. Store is the nature lover. Orvis is well organized and well stocked with everything from men's and women's clothes to hunting and fishing supplies for outdoor activities to a pet supply section of doggie treats, beds, toys, balls, leashes and collars. This location had a very large pet section which I loved. They are also pet friendly and welcomed in the store. Also, I love how they feature the dogs they were adopted. Definitely check them out. Service is great and tons of products and things for everyone in the family.
