As a bodybuilder, this gym perfectly suited my needs during my vacation. For only $40 for a week,…read moreyou get access to a MUCH greater value. The gym is quite spacious; I never really waited for a bench or machine. If I did, there was another similar option for me to opt in. I use a healthy mix of plate-loaded equipment alongside machines, and American Fitness easily met and exceeded all of my expectations. There is an extensive selection of free weights, split into a few different areas so as to not create traffic. Squat racks, deadlift platforms, and more are available here. This gym is also outfitted with a juice bar, equipped with a number of smoothie and protein shake options. They even offer pre-workout if you so happened to forget yours. The owner of this gym happens to also be the owner of IMSOALPHA, which is a big deal if you're at all current in the bodybuilding world. Naturally, American Fitness carries the majority of the IMSOALPHA supplement offerings (along with a few other quality brands), and can quickly order anything they may not have. The value is unbeatable and the staff is some of the friendliest I've encountered in the large number of gyms I've visited over the last few years. I can't wait to come back next year! Don't make your vacation your weakness--team up with American Fitness!

It's a good location, and not a bad gym to stop in when you need a workout, but I would find another gym to invest in a membership. Staff is nice, and the community that uses the gym is nice, but it seems the owner may have lost the passion that a gym ownership requires.

Owner and sidekick are unfriendly and unprofessional ( especially when confronted with issues/suggestions). There is zero culture for picking up after oneself (including trainers). Wi-Fi is iffy, at best (I use an online training program). Save your money...plenty of worthwhile gyms in this area.
