It is a little inconvenient that it is not in the actual hotel, but it's only .5 miles away and you can take the free shuttle to get there. They also have locker rooms you can shower at instead of walking back/riding back in sweaty gym clothes. I went three different times...early in morning, right after lunch, and at around 5 pm. All three times, there were a few people in gym, but definitely not as busy as you would think with all the people who have access.

The coaching was non-existent. No tweaks on form, no coaching, and no modifications given to people who needed them. For a gym that is open to all, I expected the coaching to be top notch to accommodate for those non-crossfitters. Others in the class did more coaching than the coach. If you're unfamiliar with heavy lifting, I would not recommend visiting here as you'd risk doing improper form and hurting yourself.
