The push I needed to transform my health! After comparing several gyms and reading all kinds of reviews, I chose Chuze Fitness (and the in-house team at Redwood Personal Training). Two months and 40+ workouts later, I can confidently say it was the best decision. Here's why: 1. Facilities & vibe -The club is spotless and well-kept. Occasionally, a machine is down, but it's clearly tagged and quickly repaired. -Peak times are 8 am-11 am and 3 pm-9 pm. If I go then, I simply expect more people--staff to keep everything organized. -Extra perks: huge stretching area, showers, group classes included, and a hydromassage zone (my post-workout treat!). 2. A free consultation that really matters My membership came with a complimentary assessment by Redwood Personal Training. Jorge Paredes led it with professionalism and infectious positivity. He reviewed my habits, goals, and ran me through a mini-workout that--truth be told--left me sore the next day! That pain proved he knows his stuff. 3. Top-tier personal training Jorge paired me with José Aldaco, and we've been an awesome team ever since. José tailors every session to my objectives, fixes my form without judgment, and celebrates every milestone. You can feel their genuine passion for helping people hit their goals. 4. A smart investment in health Redwood offers flexible packages (from once a week to twice a month). For me, they're worth every penny: I train safely, learn better nutrition, and save time because everything's planned. Bottom line: If you want a clean gym with great energy and coaches who truly care, give Chuze Fitness and Redwood Personal Training a shot. Ask for Jorge Paredes for your free consult and book sessions with José Aldaco if you want a motivating, results-driven trainer.
