I'm there 6 days a week at various times and there hasn't been one session that I had to wait more than 5min for equipment or couldn't get the workout I go in for. And I'm in and out an avg 1.25hrs. Idc about cleanliness, I guess it's clean enough. I mean I go in to sweat my ass off so yeah I mean whatever. Service staff, I'm not getting bugged daily w/ msgs and calls about referring friends or getting a free 30min workout with a certified trainer. I don't talk to anyone there but all the regulars seem chill with each other. It is a small gym and it is kind of cramped but everyone's super respectful of your space and not hogging equipment. There's actually a lot of equipment for how small it is. Probably, the only thing I miss from my old gym is the TBar row and the seated dip machine. I could just be simple, but still as a daily gym rat I'm pretty happy coming here.

They've made noticeable improvements, including new StairMaster machines, which I really appreciate. The cleaning wipe stations are also much better stocked than before, when they'd often be empty. Both the men's and women's locker rooms have saunas. My husband says the men's side is generally pretty gross and has a lingering smell, but I've found the women's side to be clean and well-maintained, with nothing off-putting about the sauna experience.

I've been very disappointed with this LA Fitness location. Many of the weight machines are old,…read moreheavily rusted, and poorly maintained. Some adjustment mechanisms are so rusted that they get stuck, making it impossible to set the machine to the correct position. This isn't just inconvenient--it's a safety hazard. The cardio equipment is also in bad shape. You'll often clean a machine before using it, only to find out it's out of order. Several of the screens are loose, outdated, or barely functional. For the amount members pay, the gym should invest in maintaining and replacing worn-out equipment. A fitness center should be clean, safe, and have working machines. Unfortunately, this location feels neglected and in desperate need of repairs and upgrades.

Not all of their equipment is updated, so you will see some out of commission or there are rips in the leather. I like this location because it's one of the biggest ones with two floors. I wish they had a bathroom on the first floor though. They have more spa equipment than other locations, which means you're not waiting so long. The Cryotherapy chair is also available here. The staff is friendly and they frequently stock the cleaning items, which is an improvement from before. I like that they have a separate area to stretch and that there's multiple lockers downstairs to store your items.
