    I love it at Revbody! This is my home away from home. Each trainer is knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely cares about helping you reach your goals. Whether it's strength training, Pilates, barre, or cardio, they tailor every session to your needs and push you just the right amount. Thanks to their guidance, I've gotten stronger, more confident, and actually enjoy coming to the gym every day!

    Best gym in San Diego! The classes and coaches are amazing! There are group classes for every fitness level!

Michael helped me get signed up, and he has been amazing from day one. He's friendly, professional, and always quick to respond whenever I've needed assistance. Any issue or question I've had was resolved promptly. Michael is truly the best! I'd also like to give a shoutout to Manny, Omar, Eddie, Sophia, and Clari. They have all been incredibly kind, supportive, and encouraging throughout my fitness journey. And a final shoutout to Alex, the owner, for creating such an incredible gym and fitness community. I had received the news that I might need knee surgery due to a tear on my ACL and Meniscus. That evening I spoke to my dear friend Ben and he asked me the following " do you want to wait and see what the doctors say? Or do you want to give your knee a fighting chance at recovery through proper physical training? The thought of getting in better shape, not going under the knife and giving my body a chance to heal was too tempting to pass. I said "YES". I then asked " what do I need to do?" and he just said "just trust me Sal". We immediately set up our workout schedule and he asked me to send him photos of everything I was eating throughout my day. Twice a week I did 60 minute personal training sessions and sent him daily photos of my meals until I refined my eating habits. I can honestly say I am not dieting. I eat what I want, when I want. I just crave healthy stuff and that is what I had been chasing for a long time; sustainable healthy eating habits. With this said I want to thank you Ben! First of all, your work ethic is contagious and the foundation to your success. Your gym is clean, not crowded, it has great energy and the team you have created is 2nd to none. Your whole team has eagerness to help and develop the talent that goes in seeking help/guidance on improving both mentally and physically. I can now say that after 3 months of hardwork in and outside the gym, that I am stronger body and mind, healthier, and the fittest I've ever been. Oh and did I mention, NO SURGERY NEEDED!! Started 2022 at 173lbs, got to San Diego Strength and Wellness at 163lbs and after 3 months got down to 148lbs. Slowly losing fat and gaining muscle. Being healthy is not easy and/or quick; it takes time, dedication, persistence, and above all, resilience to adhere to your objective.     Getting a personal trainer at SDSW was a great investment and one of my best decisions I ever made…read more The facility itself is always clean, has lots of great equipment that emphasizes more on functional strength, and great trainers that are legit and knowledgable. I joined because I wanted to prepare for my College Volleyball Season by increasing my athleticism and strength. My trainer Julia really pushed me. Being a former collegiate athlete herself, she knew what it takes to be successful at the next level. Despite only meeting with her twice a week, I have gotten a lot stronger and gained 8lbs of muscle going from 143lbs to 151lbs. She taught me lots of different exercises that help me strengthen my entire body, especially my hips, legs, core, and at the same time increasing my overall flexibility and mobility all of which have translated on the volleyball court. I don't think I ever been pushed more physically and mentally any where else. Look no further this is the best gym in SD. Highly recommend.

Other gyms, I feel like people are constantly trying to outdo each other or intimidate each other but at total, its a very family friendly environment. Coach Dennis and Coach Liza both are great coaches during their circuit training classes. You get a good sweat while having a great time! The coachrs take time out of their day to make sure you're doing everything correctly and to help you learn how to take care of yourself. I look forward to showing up to Total for my workout. This gym has become my second family! Coach Roy and Coach Chris are also great coaches with their student atheletes!     I started coming for my left shoulder rotator cuff…read more Front office staff is great! I accidentally went to my first appointment a day prior. Since, I was there already they were able to fit me in. I didn't even request if I could be seen. I appreciate that they were able to accommodate my error. Dr. Zack is great, he pinpointed exactly where my issues where coming from. The PTA's are friendly, explains the exercises clearly and makes me feel comfortable. I am on my 3rd session and my shoulder has increased mobility and is getting better. Everyone has been wonderful. Highly recommend Total PT.
