If you're wondering if F45 is better than The Camp Transformation Center please stop wondering. I can tell you that both facilities are good for beginners but the more you progress you might need more of a variety in workouts without the huddles and all the picture taking that's done when you're at The Camp. No one cares about your damn post workout pics people! @F45 after you book your workout on the App, you get your workout in and roll out; seriously, no bullsh*t! Also, they don't sell protein or supplements so go buy what you need on your own time or order from Amazon. My biggest challenge each morning is trying to ignore the garlic fried rice smell that meanders over from the Filipino spot next door! It smells so good!! My husband says the men's side is generally pretty gross and has a lingering smell, but I've found the women's side to be clean and well-maintained, with nothing off-putting about the sauna experience.

Some adjustment mechanisms are so rusted that they get stuck, making it impossible to set the machine to the correct position. This isn't just inconvenient--it's a safety hazard. The cardio equipment is also in bad shape. You'll often clean a machine before using it, only to find out it's out of order. Several of the screens are loose, outdated, or barely functional. For the amount members pay, the gym should invest in maintaining and replacing worn-out equipment. A fitness center should be clean, safe, and have working machines. Unfortunately, this location feels neglected and in desperate need of repairs and upgrades.
