Terrible service. Installed a kill switch on my charger and it kept putting my car in park automatically while I'm driving it. Literally could have killed me. I also have a son, so really could have been worse. Thank God Car Wrapping wise, they left alot of air bubbles in my wrap and take forever to fix their own mistakes. WHY IS MY DOOR FRAME OUT OF LINE AND MY WRAP HAS AIR-BUBBLES!!!???? I had them wrap one of my cars. They left tons of air bubbles, my door frame is out of line like this is suppose to be a professional business and these guys act like they are beginners I love to support family businesses but these guys are not worth the money or time. Their time management is terrible. Communication even worse. They do not answer phone calls, we are in 2024. Phones are always near, I left several voicemails still no valid reasons to why customers can't be reimbursed for mistakes made by their shop. Now I have to take my car to another shop and pay double to fix my wrap and my door. This is ridiculous. I would not recommend them to ANY of my friends or family. read more

This owner and his brother are the biggest scammers I have ever dealt with . I dropped my car off on July 30th to get wrapped and have a body kit put on ( I paid for 1500 for The body kit and 500$ for Them to put it On , They said it would take 2-3 days to wrap my car. And do the body kit I texted them daily for about 8 Days to see what was up w my car they either said they were gona. Start it or no Reply I showed up to the shop on day 9 my car wasn't even there. They said they had to detail the outside that's why they had it gone. Popped back up On day 11 the outside looked like it had Been driven down backroads I was pissed off ag this point but I had already paid 1650 deposit he said that they wound finally get it done tomorrow. ( they still hadn't started yet ) but the brother said numerous times it was started and wasn't. Just lieing . Day 12 I texted and said I'm gonna come get the car if it's not done asap. He said it will be done tomorrow. At this point I picked it Up. The next day the body kit fell off. And the wrap was bubbling I called and and he said he'd fix it. He tried another way and within 2 More days there were missing pieces. I was taking it to fort smith to have someone else do it Correctly and pay them 500$ and on the way the rest of the body kit fell off on the highway which I never noticed until I got there. So at this point I'm out $1500 for the body kit and $500 that I paid to have them install it. I went back and forth with them for 7 1/2 weeks about the whole situation. I told them that if they just take the body kit off and put the old body kit back on and wrap it that I would just let the $2000 go that I was now out of and they agreed they said they would have to order new wrap which would take a week to come in which I don't think they ever had to order any new wrap. I think that they had extra wrap when they wrapped the car to do the two bumpers but anyways I'll waited for a week for the rep to come in. They then said that they couldn't get my car back in for another week because they had other cars that they needed to get out. I've been said that since they messed up my car I should be a priority. They did not agree with me. I waited, almost another three weeks to get them to wrap the bumpers the day that I had to pick up the car which is today.9/13 they said that I had to pay $600 . So not only was it out $2000. I am now out another $600 for them making me pay for some shit that they messed up. These are the most unprofessional people I have ever witnessed in my life. When I paid them the 600$ I didn't owe them and finally picked my car up it has big ass scratches on the side which is one of the videos I attached. I'm sueing the shit out of this place. Side note.
