The waiting room is pretty bare bones but there in an Onyx Coffee Shop about a block away so I waited there. My only complaint was I called a few times the week before and no one answered so I left a message and never got a return call. But once I did finally get Chad on the phone a few days later, he was helpful. Also they offer a lifetime warranty on windows tinting!

He was very professional which I appreciated, it took him approximately 30 mins to tint the 2 side windows and a brow in front.
